I went to get a hair follicle test and a urine test done for court. I have had 3 feet worth of hair my entire life and have never have a problem. While doing my hair follicle, I witnessed the lady grab a comb out of a bag of 8 or 9, drop it on the floor and pick it up and put it back in the bag. She grabbed another comb from the bag and was attempting to get the hair she needed but she didn't know how to do it without cutting large amounts of my hair off.
It took 3 associates. My scalp started to feel itchy about an hour upon getting my hair follicle. Turns out it was lice. I've never had lice in my life before going to this establishment. Friendly people however some are not trained properly and I now have to figure out a way to get rid of this! I also contacted the manager and have yet to hear back from her.
