Results Driving School

I took classes at Results Driving school almost 4 years ago and still have yet to receive my license from Nancy Joya. It has been a back and fourth battle for almost 3 years now trying to get her to turn in my paper work. She never responds to calls, she is very unprofessional and me and my father paid a boatload of money to for her not to fulfill her promise as an instructor. Authorities will be involved soon because of her conniving ways

They are very professional. My instructor Nancy helped me build up my confidence in driving. She is very nice and friendly. A God sent angel in this season of my life when I really need to drive. Continue to shine. I truly appreciate you. God bless!

I had to think how I will rate Nancy. She is a nice person that's why I'm giving 3 stars but being professional no that's a 1. She has her favorite students that she will bend backwards for but I wasn't one of them. If you want discrimination then go to her if not go elsewhere, she will take all of your money and run. Be careful with her.

Terrible service! Instructor Nancy Joya would text and talk on the phone the entire lesson and not even look at me while I drive. She also made me stop at McDonalds and 7 Eleven for her to get food and snacks on my clock when I'm paying her a fortune to teach me drive. She will also cancel every lesson. I cant even park still and paid her over $500 dollars for lessons.

I cant emphasize enough to not go with this driving school. You will really be disappointed. I would give 0 stars if I could. I went with her because of the ratings but she tells you to give her a good rating but I definitely was not going too.

The school is great! I really enjoyed the flexibility that they have and how they were willing to pick me up and drop me off before and after the lessons. Also, Nancy is great! She has a lot of experience and she is really nice! I pass my driving test on the first try, only because of her!

Driving with Nancy was great, gave me excellent tips and was very patient with me. My only complaint has to do with scheduling lessons. Do not know who runs it, however you need to constantly be checking in with them, do not take their word for it that they will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours. Other then that everything was great, and I would recommend this school to anyone.

Nancy is a great instructor! Not only she helped my with driving part she actually made me more confident in the road. I really appreciate all her efforts and motivation. Excellent service and professional stuff. Amazing school! Go go NANCY!

Nancy was a God-send to me! I took several driving lessons from her. She was flexible and worked with my very short timeline: when I called her my learner's permit was expiring so soon that I almost did not call her, because I thought there was no chance for me to get a driving license before my permit expired. I am so glad I did! She provided great instruction, much needed practical advice and helped me feel more confident behind the wheel. I should be getting my driving license by mail within a few days, all thanks to her! Call her, she is awesome!

The best driving school in the area, by far! Nancy is very professional, has a lot of patience and she is extremely careful. I was right when I told Nancy when I got my driver's license: she changed my life! I RECOMMEND RESULTS DRIVING SCHOOL TO EVERYONE!

Nancy helped my daughter through the final stages of getting her VA driver's license. My daughter was very comfortable with the teaching style and instruction given. Nancy coordinated the pick up and drop off of the student in a very convenient and coordinated manner. Nancy completed the necessary paperwork. Overall, as a parent seeking to get my daughter her license, Nancy's service was well worth the money. My daughter was immediately able to get her license right after the instruction. So the "results" in Results Driving School were validated.

I signed my daughter up and called to find out the time for her lessons. Everytime that I called, the owner answered, you would think that would be a good thing but in this case, it is not. This woman never lets the caller (customer) finish a sentence and is always giving the run around. She would tell me she would call me with a time for the next lesson and then just not call.

Then when I would call, she we be angry as soon as I told her that no one called me when she committed that they would. If I had not called, it would have taken months to finish the class. She continued to tell me that if I was unhappy with her lack of response, she could refund my money less which lessons we had already used. That would mean that I was out the money for those lessons as they don't carry over to another agency!

I should have gotten my money back immediately but was trying to get my daughters class finished without punishing her by starting over. It is difficult for me to explain how tomenting and stressful dealing with this woman really was but I can advise you not to use Results Driving School at all. I really do not understand how any business owner can be so abrupt and unprofessional can possibly still stay in business.
