Very few activities are as liberating as being able to drive. Non-drivers have to always depend on others to take them places. Here in the Triangle, we do have a public transport system but it is infrequent and does not operate late. To get around, driving is not an option - it is a necessity. But every day we hear horrifying stories of vehicle crashes on the roads and highways. Few people realize that good driver training can help keep you safe and secure even in situations over which you do not have complete control.
Services
Our driver training technique is different because I want you to gain safe driving skills in a relatively short time. For this reason, I constantly evaluate your skills and judge if you are ready for the next step. At the end of every session, you and I will sit down together and go over what happened in the session highlighting what you did right and what areas you need to practice more.
Teens are probably the most vulnerable of new drivers because they are inexperienced and are often tempted to drive recklessly. Crash statistics regularly show that a large percentage of teen crashes are fatal. In my experience, when parents or friends try to teach teens driving, the attempt fails because the teacher is unable to objectively guide someone they know well.
Adult drivers are easier to teach because they are patient, serious and conscientious. Many adults I teach have not driven before because they lived in big cities (where it was not economical to drive) or those who have so far had easy access to transport before. A new job, moving to a new neighborhood or a child suddenly creates the need to drive.

I cannot say enough positive things about Fuller driving school, it is absolutely phenomenal! The ONLY reason I can drive is because of Fuller. After being in a bad accident when I was young I refused to drive until I was in my twenties! No one in my life, including myself, ever thought I would drive. I wholeheartedly believe there is no one else on earth that could have gotten me driving other than Fuller.
He even came to my house to pick me up for driving lessons! He was extremely patient with how terrified and awkward I was behind the wheel. I would seriously recommend him to everyone. Not only does he teach you to drive, but he prepares you for the driving test itself. A day or so after we finished classes I headed to the DMV and got my license. I thought I was going to have a heart attack the entire time, but got through it because of everything he had taught me and how well he had prepared me for the test.
I have a job I love, a car I love, and I get around the city because of him. I'm glad I finally got a chance to leave him a review, I only wish I could give him more than 5 stars. Thank you so much for everything! You are a life saver!

Fuller Driving School was an excellent choice for our son. Mr. Fuller was knowledgeable and well informed. He shared this knowledge and passed it on to his students. I love the convenience of Mr. Fuller picking up and dropping off our son during the driving portion. We didn't have to wait for two months for him to be behind the wheel. Mr. Fuller scheduled him in right away and was willing to work with our schedule. Our son passed his permit exam on the first try and passed his driving exam on the first try as well. Thank you Mr. Fuller and to the Fuller Driving School.

Sylvester Fuller is competent and supportive, and gives a lot of training, but when you leave messages, he does not get back to within a day. I was trying to schedule a road test after flunking the first one with him, and he kept giving me excuses about how he could not make it, and he would get back to me within a week. Now it is stretching into 2 weeks. And he sends someone else to take you to the test, which is not fair.
