Most drivers need the BDI course to remove ticket points and avoid insurance premium increases as a result of a traffic citation. In addition, traffic school is mandatory if you were convicted or pled no contest to running a red light, stop sign, reckless driving, racing, or failing to stop for a school bus. The 8-hour judge ordered Intermediate Driver Improvement course is 100% online and includes 15 modules with a short quiz at the end of each module that covers the material you just read. Each module has a required minimum amount of time. At the end of the 15 modules you have to pass a final exam. Once you've passed your final exam, your certificate of completion will automatically be processed. Rush certificate options will be available at the end of the course.

Anyone who has left an unsatisfactory review has not attempted other online traffic schools. I, and many of my family and friends have used NFTS and have had great and needed results. The steps are easy to follow and understand. They provide excellent service and are hands down the best online traffic school in Florida.

Every time I've received a traffic citation of any kind North Florida Traffic School has been exceptional in their response and customer service. The instructions I received were easy to follow, and the process for getting the points removed from my driving record was very easy. Very poor customer service.their online registration service is the worst I have ever experienced. I sign up a friend for the class and when I got the receipt, it clearly showed a different date and location than the one I had chosen. I called to inquiry about it and was told that there was nothing that they could do about it. That I would have to come into the office in person.
In fact, they told me that they didn't even see the person I had registered in their system. Really?.but clearly they sent me a receipt.a receipt with the person registered but with the wrong dates and the wrong location. It is so sad that "customer service " for this location and company does not exit. I am very disappointed in the lack of concern the staff displayed. Card payment will be cancelled immediately.
