Don't bother calling to ask them ANY questions! And if you do skip the rude Spanish lady who never gave me her name working the regular rep lines and go straight for Miss. Doris because you WILL not get any of your questions answered, you will get yelled at, berated, disrespected and hung up on! I've managed hundreds of people and would never hang up or get upset with my client or customer! Shameful -can't handle her job and she needs retraining and if that means everyone needs to retrain because of her then so be it! Hopefully this gets fixed because it's not right especially withholding very important information that I need.

I had to use my husbands cell phone to call back because they would not answer my number for 10whole minutes. Reps need retraining since they are hanging up on clients and refusing to answer calls. Can't wait to see what class is like here and what the atmosphere is like if that was me just trying to get registered

Highly recommend. From the ease of making appointments, reminders of appointments, and the actual driving instruction The Florida Safety Council exceeded our expectations. My son was lucky enough to have David Avalos as his instructor for each of his 3 lessons. David is an amazing instructor who put my son at ease and taught him well. My son and I highly recommend him!

My instructor was Ivan and he was excellent at explaining clearly and teaching me the right skills to use on the road. Overall it was a great driving experience that was very informative and memorable. If you are looking for an instructor, I HIGHLY recommend Ivan.

We were very pleased with this place. My spouse is from Brazil and I wanted someone else to take a look at how the driving was going. The instructor was very friendly and the experience here was excellent. My spouse passed the driving test at their facility and then went to the DMV to get the picture and license. It all went very smooth.

Ivan was a great instructor, he helped me sharpen my driving skills and very helpful. He gives great advice and tips so that you drive more safe. Overall, I improved a lot and sad to have my last class with him as of today. Thank you so much Ivan!

Highly recommend Florida Safety Council for hands on driver training. My son who is 15 and a brand new driver really benefited from this program. Rick was his instructor 2 out of the 3 sessions and let me just say, he was the nicest man! He really made my son feel comfortable behind the wheel and help gain confidence as a new driver. Highly recommend, ask for Rick!

My daughter just had a lesson with Ivan. She said that he was a great instructor and that she learned many new things and feels more confident driving.

They definitely take time to make sure you understand everything and are prepared for the test, they even gave me a mock exam! So grateful for this opportunity and allowing many students like me feel more comfortable on the road!

I used the testing center to take an exam that allots for four hours of test time. The process of entering the facility and starting the exam went smoothly as well as requesting breaks periods. I did not experience an issues accessing my exam, during the exam or when I was ready to submit. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would use them again for future tests.

Great learning experience! The Florida Safety Council does a great job of helping students become more comfortable with driving by making them more comfortable with the road and training them to take their driver's test. My last teacher, Shayne, was very helpful and kind throughout the session. Would recommend for anyone who wants to sharpen their driving skills and gain more confidence.

My instructor Ivan did a very good job of teaching and strengthening my driving skills. He also did a great job of building my confidence to go on the highway, which with help was very easy. I would recommend anyone else who is learned by to drive to come here for lessons.

Extremely grateful to all the safety council instructors, wouldn't have been able to get my license without them! Definitely would recommend young drivers to take their classes, very helpful and professional. Shayne at florida United safety council was absolutely amazing!! He made my very nervous son feel 100% at ease, he was very professional and patient. I would recommend this facility to anyone who asked.

My son came for behind the wheel for his 6 free hours for being a student at University High. our instructor Shane was so awesome! He not only made my son feel very comfortable with being with his behind the wheel class but made sure he Explained to him throughout the entire process and was a very positive and pleasant instructor! We are so satisfied and will be coming back in a few weeks to have my son take his drivers license with them! Highly Recommend this company to any student! 5 star all the way

As a long-time driver and local law enforcement officer, I relied on the Florida Safety Council to provide my daughter with additional driver training, over and above what I taught her, to enhance her skills and competence. Through the "Bundle Package, " my daughter received three (3) 2-hour lessons and the road test, which she passed on the first attempt.

The staff was extremely professional, courteous, and patient. My daughter is a safe and careful driver thanks to the instruction she received. Thank you on behalf of grateful parents!

Kevin and team in Melbourne, Fl are professionals at all levels! My daughter was a bit nervous but she said after a little bit with Kevin he was amazing!!New drivers are easily intimated when it’s that day for their road test. United Safety Council and Kevin took the fear away!! Nice job!!
