I truly appreciate how the instructor dedicated her time to take me out on the road and guide me through various areas before bringing me back. I practiced maneuvering around the parking lot multiple times and successfully executed pulling between the four cones, which impressed her. I am genuinely grateful for my instructor; she is excellent at teaching driving. I would confidently recommend her driving school to anyone. Her patience and kindness made the experience very pleasant.

I'm happy to see that this place is still open. I actually went to driving school here 18 years ago in 2006. I remember the lady who taught the classroom portion made the class interesting, she was funny, and best of all, she gave a lot of examples that related to what we would see on the road and what to be careful of. I completed the classroom portion at Drivers Edu right before taking my written test and passed on the first try because they really prepared me for everything on the test. I also passed the driving test on the first try. I hope they are still keeping up the same high level of standards.

I did my 2 weeks Classroom training online with Drivers EDU. I must say it was so convenient! I was able to finish each day with enough time to go to my job. I must make mention of Ms. Jenkins! Words cannot express how much of a great job she did. She made the learning experience so much fun, and relatable! She took the initiative to ensure that the class understood the topics before moving on.
I want her to know she did a great job. Also to my Behind the Wheel instructor Ms Lameka. She made the driving aspect so relaxing. She was engaging and friendly. I am proud of the team that this Institution assembled. Job well done! Keep up the GREAT work.

Hi while doing in person learning with Ms. Sherry I experience the most enjoyable and professional experience of a lifetime. Being a beginner I learned a lot from her and while she was teaching in person to me and virtual learning for driving edu to others I was able to understand and pass every quiz, every test. Now I'm out here driving, learning and ready to take my test at the MVA. Thank you driving EDU City West!

I absolutely Loved my experience with Drivers Edu. The instructor was patient, funny, insightful and extremely knowledgeable! She made me feel as if I was studying with my own favorite Auntie! I also opted to do my on the road test at this location. The cars were clean and smelled fresh.my instructor was patient and relaxed. She also showed confidence in me which in turn helped me relax nerves.
I would recommend this driving scool to any rookie or experienced driver of any age who is seeking a Drivers License! Thank you all so much for your exceptional services. I will be recommending my daughter!

I love everything starting with the office down to the professionalism that I received. Sasheen is the best. This was first time meeting her and she communicates so well and of course with her help and guidance I was able to pass the behind the wheel skill test on this one try! I will be sending my daughters to this school and I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed! Thank you again Sasheen for all your help! You are rock! Go girl.

The worst school there is the class instructor Gloria had a funky attitude and always talked about herself and admiring men and dismissed the class a half hour before ending time I took only one btw lesson they cancelled the second class with late notice and emailed me first responder gets the next btw slot I notified mva to request a partial refund and continue my btw lessons to another school the school is not even accredited by bbb it, s family owned it, s bad business do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on that bad school.

My daughter completed the online classroom program offered by Driver's EDU at the end of summer last year. Due to her busy schedule, I signed her up in March to start in May 21. My mother brought her to the first lesson. Upon their arrival, they noticed how unwelcoming the staff were. My daughter's instructor was Megan. During the lesson Megan. made her anxious.
She had an aggressively harsh tone and yelled at my daughter several times. Driving is a very serious matter but yelling at someone while they are learning is not only highly unprofessional, it's unsafe. This was my daughter's first time in this car, it didn't have AC and it was extremely hot. So imagine, being in an unfamiliar.

Good price for the online class but i believe the woman that runs the school is either illiterate or has a disability. Some of her posts are unprofessional and written the way she probably speaks. It was hard to communicate when I needed to make up a class. Odd that this woman would be running anything when she communicates at a 3rd grade level. My minor children don't even write or speak like that.

Im not sure what to think I just asked to get access to behind the wheel or refund me half the money and instead of dealing with the issue which was resolved earlier today she refunded my money and added in the email "I can t with these people" but I completed the in classroom training so Idk what to think cause my btw is already scheduled.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. If you're contemplating on spending your money with them. DONT. This company is ran by a family and they also lack professionalism. My first instructor sat on the phone for my entire lesson and she cut it short. My next two lessons was with a man who spoke no English and was very rude. Please look elsewhere. It's been almost two years and I still don't have my license. There are never driving lessons available even prior to COVID. SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH SOMEONE ELSE.

Excellent in-class instruction - very poor on-the-road driving instruction. Foreign driving instructor who can't give direction and you are unable to understand him. Driving instructor said "if you fail test, its you're fault." That is the perfect thing to say to a student driver and you're the instructor - NOT. I guess I have to go somewhere else for proper on-the-road instruction! African instructor yelled the entire time - VERY STRESSFUL for my student driver!

I came for driving prep and car reservation. Giving a 2 star because of the affordable price. I see you get what you pay for. Very unprofessional environment. Workers at the reception area were cussing. My instructor never introduced herself. I had an okay driving prep. But the steering wheel kept locking up. While I was driving the instructor lit up a cigarette. Never asked if I was allergic asthmatic or even if I mind if she smoked. After she realized she was smoking with me in the car she said something.

DO NOT USE THIS SCHOOL! I paid for the class and they did NOT have any availability for the driving portion. When I checked for a timeslot, which was very often. To a point where they offered to contact me when space was available. It has been almost 2-years and still NO response from them. Now they have a slot available but I have to pay an additional $100/per hour because too much time had lapsed! I need 3-hrs, so that's $300! That was NOT my fault!

This is the worse school. Sent my daughter here. They expected her to know how to drive when she went for her first driving on the street class. Really. I paid the school to teach her to drive. Then you don't get your certificate until you can get 6 hours of street time. The whole purpose of coming there is for the school to teach her not me. Pissed.

It was truly a blessing that I could call upon the Driver's Edu Driving School on Reisterstown Road near the MVA (Hilltop) to help get back on the road again by way of getting my license returned. With the assistance of Ms. Sasheen Maple, a certified licensed MVA instructor, she assisted me tremendously by allowing me to use a Driver's Edu. Driving School MVA vehicle, she a accompanied me and made sure that I was comfortable and aware of the rules of the road/laws and very valuable common sense tidbits. This was a great experience for me today, 7/24/18. I walked away proudly and extremely happy from MVA with my valid driver's license. Ms. Maple, thank you!!!
