Putting aside funny and entertaining, the website and system is user friendly and low stress. GREAT TRAFFIC SAFETY COURSE worth every penny! Horrible cutomer service. I finished the class and the system would freeze and not let me update personal information. When I finally got ahold of someone after several hours of placing chat and calls NOBODY PICKS UP. There is NO 24/7 support. Impossible to get ahold of anyone by phone to help. I spent hours completing the courses and paid for the service but no certificate or help with the personal informatin section just freezing when you put in the information.
Then when I finally get ahold of someone they get the information put in incorrectly. This is a scam process to get your money. How horrible that the courts would put people through this.

The course was decent (drivers ed online course) but my son had technical issues with the system glitching several times. Once we couldn't reset it for over 24 hours and had to reach technical support. The other two times rebooting the system and losing the work on that chapter and needing to re-do it was the solution. But the epic fail was in getting the certificate mailed.
They claim they mailed it USPS on 3/3. I started contacting customer service on 3/10 (I am N. Cal and my certificate coming from S. Cal). They kept claiming the mail would take 7-10 business days and it "was on the way". On 3/12 I tried reaching them and couldn't get through on phone. I texted from 8am and finally got a supervisor at 4:35pm to call me (they respond hours later on text).
I then said that I didn't want to wait anymore for USPS and I'd like a second certificate overnighted. By then the Friday deadline passed and I was promised it would go out Monday 3/15. I phoned 3/16 looking for a tracking number and they said there was a payment issue with my apple pay (I don't use apple pay) but no one reached out to tell me about it yesterday so the certificate still didn't go out.
Now they say it will go out today and I still need to pay for 1/2 of the overnight cost despite their errors. I would NOT use this company. Choose a vendor with better customer service. DMV appointments are hard to get and I've missed ours because of MyImprov's incompetence.

The program had a lot of good information. However, when I took the driving videos, when trying to click, sometimes it didn't register and thus my score was lower than it should have been. Clicking between the questions, the program was sluggish to respond. I just wanted to get through the program without the distractions and attempt at humor. Overall, I was glad to have the opportunity to lower my car insurance.
