I just can't express how good of an instructor Jeddy is. He not only truly cares about his students but also teaches them by breaking everything into small steps and explaining it in a very easy way. He was able to give me satisfactory answers to all question I had while driving and gave me extremely useful advise. I would highly recommend him.

Had a drive today with Arturo. While he did give me some useful tips to drive in highways and city, I did not appreciate the tone and slight yelling. Could treat your paying customer with more respect. Will not be returning.

I highly recommend Tiarra--my driving instructor from Ann's Driving School. She's a WONDERFUL instructor and I had a great learning experience with her. She's very nice, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. She always encourages me to do better, tells me where I did wrong, and patiently answers all of my questions. She always makes sure that I feel comfortable in the car and while driving.

It was fun chatting with her too. Both Tiarra and Ann's Driving School were very responsive in answering my questions and scheduling appointments through text messages. On the test day, Tiarra helped review the paperwork, gave me valuable tips, and helped calm me down when I was nervous before the test. I took 6 lessons with her and passed the DMV driving test on the 1st try (YAY!). I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and support. Once again, I highly recommend Tiarra and Ann's Driving School!

Fantastic driving school that trained my 16 year old daughter. Colleen the instructive was amazingly patient and provided great instruction. My daughter passed her test on the 1st try and is a very good driver that I attribute a lot towards this great instruction. I highly recommend them!

Our daughter had a fantastic experience learning to drive with Tiarra. She's great with anxious students, patient, and knowledgeable. She also communicates clearly and proactively about scheduling, paperwork and DMV requirements. I recommend her without hesitation.

Arturo was super helpful as an instructor and a delight to chat with throughout our lessons and the day of my driving test. He gave me all the possible tips and reminders about driving in the city, general safety and how the exam usually goes. I passed my driving test on the first attempt and couldn't be happier, definitely worth the money!

I had a great experience with the instructor Arturo Borges. I have been trying to learn to drive since 2018, and had not been able to control my fear, especially going on freeways. Arturo helped a lot, he was explaining everything, and giving tips on ho to drive in the city. After his classes I was finally able to pass an exam with minimum errors. And started driving since then. Thank you so much, Arturo!

I had a very positive experience with my driving instructor, Tiarra. I was a 24 year old without a drivers license and had never had a driving lesson. I had pretty severe anxiety surrounding driving as I grew up and then went to college in another city where I didn't need to drive. When I was finally ready, I was on a time crunch, as I knew I needed to learn but was moving to NYC soon.

In 5 lessons and very little practice outside of those lessons (I was focusing on getting ready to move!), I passed my test at the Daly City DMV! Tiarra is an excellent teacher and lesson plans in different areas of the San Francisco/South San Francisco/ Daly City depending on what you need to practice and how ready you feel. She picks up on your nervousness or confidence, and adapts around it.

Like any excellent teacher, she is calm, kind, and firm in her instruction. I completely trusted her in the moment and in the overall arch of what we would practice and when we would practice it. She knew exactly what was going on at all times and was always scanning and pointing out things she knew I didn't catch. She knows what she's doing!

She is also a joy to hang out in a car with for 2 hours each session! We got along very well and would chat and laugh, but felt comfortable in silence too. I also felt very Covid safe- we both wore masks and always kept the windows down. I would highly recommend Ann's driving school to anyone, and HIGHLY recommend Tiarra!

I highly recommend Ann's! Colleen the instructor was so good with our daughter. We used a different company for her first lesson and it wasn't what we wanted. Then we found Ann's and Colleen was amazing with being patient, while also showing defensive driving approach. My daughter came out very confident and passed her test with ease! If you're looking for a skilled, honest, dependable school with safe vehicles, this is the best option!

Jeddy helped me out with my behind the wheel test. He was accommodating of my schedule and took me through the different aspects of the driving test. I managed to pass thanks to his help. I would definitely recommend

My daughter was specifically looking for a female teacher and I was looking for safe covid protocols. I contacted the school and was met back very quickly with a message saying I had a driver in my area and they would be contacting soon. By that night I had the 3 driving classes my teen needed. She met the most amazing woman Tanya, who put her at ease and made her feel comfortable (which is sometimes hard to do).

She came home knowledgeable and went over things I hadn't studied with her. And she passed her test on the first try with little marks off. I will be using them for sure when my next one is ready!

We were so lucky to have had Tanya as my son's driving instructor. At a different driving school, we had a pretty disappointing experience and luckily Tanya showed us what a real, effective instructor does. Her clear, firm and supportive method of teaching was what my son needed to give him confidence and the ability to focus on the right things. He passed his test and we know Tanya played a key part in that. Many thanks!

Thank you Chris for being an incredible driving teacher! I'm in my late 30s but haven't driven for quite a few years since I don't have a car, so I booked a lesson with Chris to brush up on my skills and overcome my fear of highway driving. Within just a few minutes, Chris made me feel very calm and relaxed behind the wheel and reminded me that I knew what I was doing!

I practiced a lot of city driving and highway driving, and by the end of the lesson, felt ready to get back out there. Chris is highly personable, warm, encouraging and safe driving instructor. Got my driving classes after taking classes from here. Richard who was my instructor was very supportive and also very funny and that always helps to calm down the nerves before a test and just in general driving.

I had two sessions with Richard and I cannot recommend him and Ann's Driving School enough! He was extremely professional, straightforward, and also had the right amount of humor to help alleviate any stress that can come with any test. Even during COVID times, communication was easy, quick, and clear. Richard loves his job and will always give his all to every one of his driving students. Having many years of experience under his belt, he gives valuable tips and tricks to make sure you pass the driving test and, most importantly, become a safe driver. Highly recommend driving lessons with Richard!

E mailed in May to get lessons in June and after asking about what location, I never heard from them again. Fast forward to this month. I leave a voicemail in the morning and then I receive a text stating that I will get a call the next day, but nothing is open until September. Never received any calls. I used them when my two older kids who are now in their late 20's needed lessons, but they were more responsive then. Perhaps they have too much business now.

I had Leo as my instructor and I am very happy to have had him! He's the best instructor ever, I appreciate his patience, support, and guidance. With his help I was able to pass my driving test on the first try! Thank you very much Leo!

Ann's driving school was a great service for my husband and I. Coming from Canada all we needed to do was the test to complete our license exchange. Scheduling was super easy with Richard as my instructor. I hadn't driven in over a year and was super nervous but Richard quickly made me feel comfortable and confident in my driving skills.

He was super informative of what was needed for the test and helped correct my experienced driver habits. Conversation flowed naturally because he's a chill yet professional instructor. Once seeing your skill level, Richard is respectful and doesn't rely on the pedals on the instructors side. Overall I would highly recommend Richard and Ann's driving school as I had the best time and passed with flying colours!

When I called Ann's Driving School I was told the soonest available lesson was three weeks later with Richard. He doesn't teach all you need to know to pass the test, and he is racist (against white and non-Chinese) and sexist (against women) in his behavior and conversations while driving. He canceled my driving lessons with less than days notice for nonsense, disrespectful reasons.

Also while trying to take the test his buddies were rocking the car back and forth and bothering me (maybe thinking women like it) even though I was completely covered in clothes.

I took lessons with Arturo and also took my drivers test using his car. I would definitely recommend Ann's Driving School and taking lessons from Arturo, as I passed my test on the first try after taking only two lessons. It was very nice to have him with me at the DMV while I took my test as he is a pro not only at being a drivers instructor but also for navigating the different Bay Area DMVs. Although it is a bit pricey, I definitely think that it is worth the cost.

I would say first best thing that happened in my learning curve was coming in contact with the school. Such friendly and precise approach is really rare now a days. The second best thing that happened was getting Richard as an instructor. I had a complicated situation regarding driving as I drove before in India (left side traffic), so it felt very awkward to dive on SF roads. Richard is a very picky person with a great sense of humor.

His perfectionist attitude helped me in a tremendous level to make every stop, every turn perfect. As a result, I passed the road test couple of weeks ago with 3 minor errors. Other than the test, I feel really confident about driving on busy roads. I really appreciate his art of teaching things. Thank you Judy and Richard for making it so fun and memorable.

She knows how to give kids just enough confidence to get on the road, but also enough instruction to improve. What's more: she was flexible and accommodating when it came to scheduling. I've had a license for a long time. But I moved to San Francisco and didn't drive for probably 11 years, relying exclusively on public transit, biking, and rideshare services. So I became really rusty. I had an upcoming trip where I wanted to rent a car, so I wanted to feel comfortable driving again. I called Ann's Driving School and got connected with Jeddy. He was awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and provided so much advice. He helped me regain confidence in driving, and I was able to drive comfortably again.

My experience with Ann's driving school was great from the start. My kid got Ricky as an instructor, who was very supportive and knowledgeable about how to prepare for a behind-the-wheel test. They were prompt, helpful and patient. We are in San Francisco and it worked out great. Give them a call.

If you are looking for true "fearless" driving lesson, Eugenia would be your best instructor, I worked with her for 4 lessons then I passed DMV behind the wheel test with just 3 minor errors, without her professional training, I don't think I can make it! She's very friendly and personable, she never gives you harsh correction, you don't have to worry about your driving skill as she will help you to build up your confidence by customizing your lesson and polishing your skill in the following lessons.

She makes sure you are fully prepared before your test. I was capable to drive in my home town but I was scared of driving in SF, also I failed the road test before, so I was a little hesitate to try it again, then I think I should seek for professional help. I contacted Ann's driving school, this is how I met Eugenia, I like her since our first lesson and I did learned a lot from her, I have no fear of driving now and I passed the exam! She's so calm and her car is brand new, thru her lesson you can improve your driving skill in a positive way! Trust me, you def will love Eugenia

Leo was the driver for my son. He was so prompt in always getting back to us, very organized and was an amazing driving teacher. Our family highly recommends Ann's Driving school and also Leo as a driver. 5 stars!

Connie was an extremely patient, flexible, thorough, and knowledgable instructor. I was very nervous to learn how to drive, but she helped me to feel incredibly comfortable behind the wheel. One of the most helpful things about having Connie as my instructor was that she was diligent about teaching me the rules of the road so I could be confident (but not overconfident!) about my decisions as a driver. I passed my driving test on my first try with almost zero errors thanks to her. I would highly recommend going to Connie to learn how to drive!

Ann's driving school is an excellent resource for senior drivers who would like a refresher course before taking their DMV driving test. Connie Wong was prompt at picking my dad up, spent two hours lesson reviewing rules of road and driving the DMV course (2x) with him. Connie took the time to call me after the lesson to give me feedback. The office is quick to respond to emails. Highly recommend

I had a great learning experience with Connie Wong, one of Ann's instructors. She not only helped me with a set of directives for safety, but she also boosted my confidence on the road helping me with my anxiety and fears about driving.

I was instructed by Connie Wong, who was an amazing teacher that helped me easily pass my driving exam. She was always on time, in a good mood, and was fun to talk to. Knew the rules of the road very well, prepared me for the specific test I would be taking. Absolutely fantastic instructor.

I called them after a terrible experience with another driving school and with less than a week left to my behind-the-wheel test. I had never driven in the US before and I am a novice driver; They helped me practice all around San Francisco from the get go and specifically for the drive test itself, we also trained an hour or so before the scheduled test - I PASSED (in my 1st attempt - Woohoo!), it's a miracle! Thank you so much to Leo for being empathetic and teaching me so patiently about all the road rules & regulations.

Connie was my instructor and she was beyond helpful! She was tough, but extremely nice, understanding, and patient. She is also the only person to have ever gotten me to drive on the freeway. After 3 lessons, I passed my driving test and I know I couldn't have done it without her!

Connie's calm and patience, combined with her advanced knowledge of driver behavior and car handling made it very positive experience for me. The moment I first spoke to Eugenia, I knew that I was going to have a positive experience with Ann driving school. I never met her in person but her voice on the phone was relaxed, professional and sexily authoritative. She set up Ricky to work with me to pass a senior driver road test with DMV and let me use their car for the actual road test. This young asian gentleman was the personification of calm and vigilant guidance.

His sense of humor, attention to detail and encouragement helped me to relax under the pressure of the upcoming test which was conducted by a managing dmv officer. Thanks to his patient, confidence-building, preparation I passed with a "good job" remark from the officer on my Road test score sheet!
