Great driving school! All the instructors were knowledgeable. Debra was awesome! My son passed his drivers test with zero errors!

Thank you for taking the time during I'm sure one of the hardest times of your life to take care of my daughter and getting her on her way to get her license.

Have tried to call and go into their office and they have been a no call no show to my daughters last class. We paid a lot of money for the classes and they have not delivered. Her last class was on Sunday no call no show no response to phone calls. This was her last class and she had an appointment to take her drivers test at the dmv today and we couldn't go because we weren't able to get her last class signed off on.

We called other driving schools and we would have to pay all over again and start the classes from day one. My daughter will be 18 in 4 months if we can't get her last class we paid for their classes for nothing. My daughter needs to be able to get to and from work and school on her own and without her license we are stuck.

My daughter had 3 different instructors and they were all very knowledgeable and pleasant. My daughter felt very comfortable. Debra, the manager is very friendly and helpful. Communication is a little tough as it seems the office is closed a lot. But if you leave a message they will get back to you. I would definitely recommend! And the prices are very reasonable!

Very very nice people, great instructors! All around great! Would most definitely recommend!

If your going to be teaching people to drive maybe Learn how to drive your self, your side mirrors objects may be closer then appear, and might not want to cut people off going down a hill with your logo on your car Also to add there there was not a "student" in the car, it was a middle aged women alone, and I had a safe distance in front of the car in front of me until she cut me off and I had to slam my breaks

The owners took off on a Vegas vacation during COVID stating they did not have enough instructors! They instructed my wife and I to do the hours behind wheel and they would sign off on it! They lied! Later we could not take our boy for his driving test and he almost lost his permit to expiration! DO NOT TRUST THESE RIP OFFS! THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND RAN! They refused to give us a refund! They did nothing for us! Used COVID as an excuse! Insulted my wife and I on phone! BEWARE!

Very argumentative. Did not explain clearly what or when the next appointment was. SAVE YOURSELF money! The lady is very very rude! Does not know how to deal with Customers! Go to a better driving school!

Both of my kids went to Alpha Driving School. It is a husband and wife team. They both drive with the kids. Both are very friendly and great teachers. Would highly recommend! My daughter passed her behind the wheel test first try! Both my kids really liked the owners and I really appreciate their support. Great people!

Alpha Driving School is honestly one of the best drivers schools in the High Desert. I would never have chosen another one to go to. The driver instructor/ owner of the company is the nicest person you will ever meet. They offer online and in class drivers ed, drivers training, and an amazing, welly priced bundle of the two. I loved learning from Debbie, and I'm so excited to take my drivers test now that I've completed everything. I strongly recommend this school to new drivers everywhere. Thank you Debbie!

This is the BEST driving school in the High Desert. All 4 of my kids went there. The instructors are very patient. Their prices are very reasonable. My Kids loved them. Thank you so much Debbie and James at Alpha driving school.

Great School! used them for my son's behind the wheel training they also took him on the freeway! Picked him up from school/ home. My son passed the 1st time taking his driver's license. They were very flexible in scheduling him within the month and my son was scheduled for his test at the end of the month. keep up the good work. A job well done. I took the online traffic school, Debby helped me to log in and spent 30 minutes on the phone with me to make sure I'm comfortable and walked me through all the steps, it is not easy to get this kind of service, the online class was fast easy, thank you for the great experience.

I have used James and Debra's services for both my boys and now for my niece. My boys and niece speak highly of James. All 3 were a little nervous on their first days out but looked forward to each session afterwards. They spoke of his patients, constant reassurance, and laid back but professional personality. I called Debra on several occasions and she was always very friendly and accommodating. They make a fantastic team! Highly recommend this driving school!

I am so happy with how they've have taught both my sons, the time and teaching it takes to produce excellent drivers isnt an easy one! They did a great job and I have well trained drivers! My boys loved the instructor, and with that said when you like your teacher you listen and learn! It was worth every penny to me! Thank you!

James is absolutely wonderful! I am so pleased with him training my son. For my son's first training we left the permit in the other car so he couldn't drive without it. James took a little time just talking to the both of us about his experience as a trainer. He was very personable and after talking to him you know that he is trustworthy with your student. Debby, another employee had me wanting to look for another school, but he totally redeemed us as customers!

He is very pleasant to deal with and you get the sense that he genuinely cares about his student's and their safety. He is patient and I like the fact that he teaches defensive driving too. He has taught my son very well. My son discovered that his friend had James also and passed his test the first time. I would highly recommend James at Alpha Driving School.

Can not say enough good things about the experience we had. Very professional and more than accommodating to our schedule. We were very pleased with our sons experience. He received a a perfect score on his DMV test and we want to thank them for that.

We used Alpha Driving School for my daughter's driver training. My daughter asked for a female driver and Debbie was chosen as her instructor. Debbie was patient and thorough. My daughter passed her driver test with flying colors thanks to Debbie and the folks at Alpha Driving School I highly recommend the School for anyone who needs driver education! I'll be using this school again for our second child!

I can say, Alpha driving is the best. James and Debbie very nice people, work hard with the students. They deserve 5 stars. I might add, years ago I worked with young people. Most were very good youngsters, polite with good manners however, on occasion would have a youngster that apparently lacked good manners and respect for others. Their driving habits were dangerous to say the least.

On occasion after bringing this to the attention of student, they did not except critique very well. That student would home and then twisted the facts to parents because student did not like instructor pointing out to them error of their ways.

Definitely deserving of all 5 stars. Professional yet made the experience fun for my son. Jared received 6 hours of one on one behind the wheel training with both James and Debra which needless to say helped him pass his driving test on the first try. Thanks again Alpha for great instruction.

This driving school blows me out of the park because their instructors make you feel so welcome and so comfortable, they only do one on one sessions so that they can put their full attention on you, they help me through every little thing that I struggle with, they help me to become the better driver that I am and makes me feel confident to take my driving test and anyone out there looking for driving school to prepare for driving definitely go to alpha driving school!

The lady instructor was very nice my son liked her. The owner Debra has always been apologetic too. This said the instructor turned up later every lesson and came back early. I dont think they kept one orginal lesson date, they cancelled and rearranged everyone to the point the last 2 we said refund them. I wouldnt be confident in recommending this school based on the unreliable service. The online course was more than adequate and thorough, this i would recommend.

Just got done completing my last 2 hours with Emily! BEST INSTRUCTOR BY FAR. She made sure I was comfortable and ready for my Lisence test coming up. Will recommend alpha driving school to everyone!

If I could give them less then 1 star I would. Beware if you make an appointment 2 months ahead expect them to call and change the appointment. The first driving time they changed the time the morning of, luckily we didn't have anything planned. After my sons first session I asked the gentleman how he did he said, "best first driving instruction I have had you and your husband did good and I think he only needs one more session." The night before his second session they called to cancel his session for the same reasons they changed his time the first time.

My husband and I were not happy since we had to rearrange what we were going to do for his driving time. The owner and wife of the first instructor, was yelling and even hung up on my husband. Today they came and pick my son up for his second two hour session he came home a little after an hour. He informed me the instructor criticize him for everything he did and asked him to go back to the office.

The owner informed him that he was not listening and being dangerous and the instructor didn't want to continue and they had the same complaint from his previous instructor, yes the one above who told me how wonderful my son did and only thought he needed one more session. How dare them treat my son that way. If you are mad at the parents don't take it out on the child.

He has 3 more hours of instruction time I am thinking I will have to go with him just so they treat him right. Will update when he does his last 3 hours. *****update: to the office manager/owners response: you did not call or email me until today, 12/8/15 one call at 8:28 a.m. and another at 11:35 a.m. I am a teacher and my phone is off during the day so your rude voice message was not appreciated.

My son is a B+ student and has never been in trouble at school. After driving with your instructor belittling him and making him feel incompetent he hasn't wanted to drive when before this incident he drove everyday. An instructor is suppose to instruct not belittle their students. My husband again talked to you today and was asked to your office however, we decided why put our son in the hands of people who don't teach their student.

Because we believe in our son keep the $199.00 for the three hours of instruction as we are going someplace else who will instruct our son not belittle him. Any parent reading this you have been warned, in my opinion do not trust your children to this establishment for the betterment of your child go someplace else.

I wanted to compliment and thank the people at alpha driving school. they were very patient and helpful with everything. the instructor worked with me with my crazy schedule and got my daughters lessons taken care of exactly when I was told! I highly recommend this to parents of new drivers, the lady is great my daughter loved her

This lady is a slacker! My son took his class back in June, and was supposed to be done with the entire course by October. It is now December and he still has another drive to take. She has canceled 3-4 times on us and has canceled to accommodate another students schedule but will not do the same for mine and expects my son to miss school and that I miss work to accommodate her schedule.

I WOULD NEVER refer this place to anyone. It costs a lot of money and then doesn't even deliver as promised. I called to complain about this not being satisfactory to me since I am a paying parent and she laughed at me. How unprofessional of her to treat me that way. Very disappointed with her and this school!
