Horrible place of business because of the way they treat their employees. I've witnessed them withold paychecks over a photo ID they created on a computer. Their policy states it must be returned upon resignation or any other circumstances, an it's Malarkey that they will withold your pay over a $2 photo ID.

True to their base security company. They know security and play no games. Overtime is always available and they really listen to the clients needs. I was a manager at another company before I started here and the difference I can see is that they really care about the client and the employees. I have been here for over a year and never been written up, not once. The managers will challenge you if you don't do the job. I would recommend them if you are looking for a steady paycheck and want to grow.

Management needs to be overturned to people who actually strive to present the best face of a company to the public and to it's employees. Tactical has hired sassy, ignorant and unprofessional individuals to fill the positions of role models for their company. Instead of attesting to concerns, they have chosen to make their own payola system to where the management and site supervisors are giving this company unauthentic 5 star reviews and dismissing concerns from it's employees. This is simply not a good look and quite frankly very pathetic for people who considers themselves adults.

Very poor service and unprofessional. Philadelphia management needs to be consulted, disciplined and reevaluated on their responsibilities regarding handling employee concerns. Management does not respond to emails or communicate to employees for critical matters nor raise concerns to appropriate higher ups when requested.

By far the WORSE company I've worked for. They literally don't care about their employees at all. It's one of them get in quick but the job is trash type of job. They do NOT care if your sick or dying they will threaten your Job. I just was tested positive for COVID and they all acted like I'm lying. Everyone choose any other company BUT tactical. Not even bringing up all the unprofessional stuff in the past!

Never needed security before, but when I called around I had most companies not even answer the phone for me. I had several say they would call me back but never did. Tactical Response answered a request through their website and within 15 minutes I was getting a call back. The gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and brought up some ideas I never even thought of.

I think one of the coolest things is that they offered our company Active Shooter classes to our staff. It has been 5 months now, and I am glad I picked this company over the rest.

Most unprofessional security company I have ever seen in my life! The negative reviews are accurate. They put you at a site driving a patrol vehicle as a GUARD and then occasionally ask you to leave your location and basically do things that a FIELD SUPERVISOR is supposed to do without paying you as a field supervisor. They will put a 14 hr shift on your online schedule and will tell you about it 15 minutes before the shift starts n claim it was on your schedule all week when it was actually posted overnight.

They hold on to your last check to make you go threw a "exit interview" and sign a bunch of papers n then take money from your last check. I would not recommend this job to my worst enemy.

Current employee and I have worked here for about 6 months. This place prides itself in giving a quality service. They are strict on uniforms, and why wouldn't they be? They are very strict on you coming to work and being on time. But all in all they really don't mess with you unless you are messing up on the contract. I will probably stick around for awhile and see if I can move up.

This is a real review. It's a great job. They are very professional. This is a active company everyone who work here and the owner will do everything from investigating to bodyguard or cover sites. It is good for anyone who just getting the Act and part time for someone who work armed or armored work. depending on your need the assignments were plenty.

It's levels to this for me I needed medical for a time that is the con. To anyone who want to hire Tactical if I had a company I would definitely hire them. If you are late or a call out and left the site open the owner would send everyone to that site to make sure it's covered. He treat the clients as if he is related. I have seen former employees get positions in law enforcement, buy homes, and get their degree while working here.

You can succeed here if you want to work and not find good reasons to call out. Also they do give you assignments to see how you handle them. They are always looking for supervisors and managers

Had three competitive bids for security guard service at my downtown location. I met with all the firms on the short list. I was impressed in what Tactical Response was selling. The other companies never touched on anything Tactical had in their sales pitch. I have had the service for about 2 months now and I am glad I went with Tactical, no regrets.

I looked at one of the biggest companies providing security service, but after I did some background I noticed that they changed their name several times and sold the business multiple times as well. I look for stability, I don't want to worry about who is going to buy the company next.
