PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! My daughter had 6 actual driving classes with the instructor and they were back within 45 minutes so she was shorted over an hour of driving time. Each time she got in the car with me she stated, "Mom, he was so rude." These kids are stressed enough about driving, having someone be rude and short tempered with them does not help. I wish I would have saved my money.

After reading the reviews, I plan to take my business elsewhere. The reviews were very helpful in search of my daughter's driving education.

I don't know what all these Karen's are talking about but this is a great place to go. The reviews are from angry moms who are probably impatient and rude. 10/10 would go again if i had to but i don't have to cause i don't have to.

April 2020 I went to Coach's website to enroll my step daughter for driving school. I signed her up for the online driving course through AAA as they offered. AAA asks you to designate which driving school you will be using during signup for the course. Fast forward 5 months after she completed the online course, certificate of completion in hand, we went to get her permit. BMV said we needed a CDE form from the driving school before she could test for the permit.

So I signed her up for Coach's driving school $389 in the parking lot and then called to see if they could email the CDE form because we were at the BMV. Minutes after paying $389 and talking to the receptionist, they were no longer allowing online students to enroll for behind-the-wheel instruction because several instructors quit during the pandemic, SO NO CDE form and a deviated 15 year old girl.

They weren't even offering online students to enroll at a later date. So as a penalty to me, they kept $50! Their website allows you to sign up! Absolutely unethical and unprofessional. I'm taking further action to get my $50 back.

Critical:Communication, Professionalism, Quality, Value THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I enrolled my daughter here and they charge 30 dollar fees for the most stupid stuff. The office staff is very rude! The only reason I didn't give one star is because one of the drivers named mark is very nice and patient. All the other drivers not so much.

That are awful. They don't teach they just expect the kid to know everything on how to drive and believe you me my nephew knows everything even driving over the white lines and has an excuse for everything. Don't waste your money because they'll take it even shroodly without batting an eye.

I have been very scared to drive and decided to face my fear and schedule an hour drive. I don't remember the mans name but he was the older instructor. He was very rude and shouted orders at me which didn't help me learn. He also grabbed my wrists hard because I didn't turn using the technique he wanted. I have driven with multiple people and I've never had someone grab me like that. Will not be going again.

Customer service is awful! The front office lady is rude. My kid missed a class, so I tried to reschedule it. I had to pay for her to open the calendar back up, so i could reschedule. The whole calendar was full and she knew that! So when I asked why June was not open for me to schedule a lesson, I was told that they were not opening June for me because it was for kids that were taking drivers ed in the summer.

So of course I was upset, I paid $365 to be told that my kid would be put on a waiting list. After that, the owner sent me an email and says we are not welcomed back. So now my child needs 2 driving hours and coachs will not let her finish. No driving company will just do the 2 hours, so I will be paying for 6 hours again. Mark thinks that giving me a $90 refund is enough. This place is running a scam! He honestly needs to make it right! I highly recommend you find somewhere else to do drivers education!

I've used coach's for two drivers so far and both times have been great experiences. My oldest took the classroom as well as the drives and the driving test and the worst part was just scheduling the 6 drives. But after I got the hang of it we knocked them out. The instructors were fantastic and shared feedback after each drive. My second son did the online curriculum and the 6 drives with coach's.

Very smooth experience and scheduling the drives was a breeze the second time. Once again the instructors were great and gave useful feedback. We will definitely use them for our last two in a couple years!

Scheduled a driving test today for my last of kids to use coaches. Boy am I upset! We waited in line to hear one of the instructors fail the kid in front of us and his attitude was beyond awful he was hateful and down right mean. So my daughter had to listen to him bad mouth the other student and then get in the car with him. My husband turned to me and said he is gonna fail her he said he was having a bad day.

The receptionist even told him if looks could kill that poor kid would be dead. 15 mins later sure enough they pulled in he got out and said yep she failed. wish I had never even used coaches. MR. ENDERS was the guy to stay away from.

My first two kids I didn't take to coaches and taught them my self and let them take the driving test at the BMV BIG MISTAKE. The bmv testers are complete morons with attitude. Coaches did a great job with my 3rd she did the course and now she don't have to take the test at the bmv.

Read the other reviews that Yelp had marked as "not recommended." Not sure why they've been put there. I used Coach's for both of my kids for lack of any alternative that worked with their school schedules. They do the state minimum requirement and nothing more. I'm baffled how anyone thinks taking kids who have never driven before out onto the street is safe! There's no "range" or simulator training. (I had to do that myself taking my kids to school parking lots.) There is constant berating of the parents when the "instructors" return with the kids from a road drive for not getting the kids enough practice or instructions.

They treat the road drives like tests rather than lessons. All the instructors seem irritated and impatient rather than helpful. They fail miserably at giving instruction. There's no written check list to hand to the student or parent on what is good and what needs work. They apparently have their own check list, but they keep it. If nearly every instructor returns from a road drive irritated and disgusted and conveys the same to the parents (I've overheard plenty), then perhaps they should rethink their methods. My advice is you take your business elsewhere.

Front office staff not helpful at all. Called several times to schedule my son for his driving test and they never called me back. Instructors were good.

My teenage son is involved in many activities and I had a hard time finding a class that would meet our needs until I came across Coach's. They were very accomidating and made it easy for my son to fit this training in his schedule.

Awful. Absolutely awful. The experience of the staff is totally eclipsed by their incompetence. After witnessing part of my son's behind-the-wheel training, which was more of a haphazard off road experience than a driver's training session, I immediately pulled him from their courses. After driving with him after the first two behind-the-wheel sessions I noticed he had not learned anything.

He drove incredibly too fast, didn't use his blinker once and came perilously close to hitting other cars when changing lanes, for he did not even know to check his blind spots. The next time I watched him do a session with Coach's and was amazed to see him doing the same things with the instructor that he did with me. After the session I asked him what the instructor had told him and he said that the instructor said he was making great progress. For anyone who values the safety of their children, I highly recommend you DO NOT enroll your child in Coach's.
