Professional Safety Driving Schools

So apparently I signed up for unprofessional driving school because its owner couldn't run his business correctly and went bankrupt (supposedly). So now without my consent or approval I am now to be a student of a school off cape (CMSC) who's soul intrest is to make money. I have called professional to ask about a refund, which I probably won't get if the owner is broke, yet in true professional status I cant get through.

I am confused as to why Mr. Mike the owner did something so sleazy and unprofessional without informing his valued customer base. I honestly don't hold out any hope for what is to come. I like my friends might be waiting another 6 months for my license despite having signed up at the end of 2021 and not had a signal driving lesson yet. They were all cancelled when Mr. MR MIKE closed his doors last week.

Despite professional driving school merging I still don't recommend this unprofessional and down right disrespectful business to anyone looking for a driver's ed. To that end I say good luck to all that still waiting to make the favorite list to obtain a driving lesson.

The most UnProfessional business I have ever dealt with! Absolute horrid communication, rude staff, impossible to get driving hours, a true nightmare! Literally any other place would be better.

This driving school is absolutely horrid, the receptionist on the phone only gives one word answers and has a horrible attitude. If somebody doesn't like their job then they should quit. It is impossible to schedule any driving time. What driving school schedules months down the road. I've heard horror stories of this place and now know why a large precentage of the reviews are one star. Needless to say, I will be struggling trying to find another driving school in the area because there is nothing professional about professional driving school.

I did all my in car instruction classes during corona so everything besides the in person driving hours was online, as long as you pay attention to the zoom classes the tests are a breeze. Mr. Mike goes into everything in detail and answered any of my questions without hesitation, the calls are long but are a lot more engaging than I thought they would be, the kahoots and visual videos make it easier and fun to learn an memorize the rules of the road, would definitely recommend and learned a lot!

Hello! I have been enrolled in this class since November of 2019, I was supposed to get my JOL May 2020. I entirely understand that corona messed the schedule up, but the kids that already had their hours in were promised first slots. Lol tell me how I have just finished my hours at the same time as my boyfriend that started this year. Also I was sick one of the days, so I decided not to go just to be safe and I'm still charged 120 after over 1,000 I paid to get my license before I'm 18, and now I'm 17.5 so there was close to no reason for me being here. You guys were extremely unhelpful and very disrespectful.

I have nothing but good things to say about Mike Hanlon and the Professional Driving School. Mike puts his all into teaching these kids WHY it is so important to drive safely and the purpose of the rules of the road. It is no easy feat to keep a bunch of teenagers interested in the material he needs to teach them. He has a great sense of humor and really understands how to relate to kids.

He truly cares about what he is doing and that is very clear from the way he teaches. He makes "the chore" of driving school as fun as it could possibly be. Moreover, in these crazy times of COVID he has found a way to provide the training needed in an online format. I am sure it was not an easy task to get this program up and running online. He has also gone above and beyond for our family in getting my son rescheduled for a class that he missed and getting him into a schedule for lessons. I would definitely recommend Mike and the school to anyone.

My daughter has been enrolled in this school since June 2019 and coming to an end of 2020 still does not have her license. The majority of the employees here are rude, unorganized, and just not helpful what so ever. During the pandemic all of her hours where canceled by the school and when they were up and running again she was blamed for "canceling them herself".

She called and emailed many times and didn't get a driving hour until the end of June followed by others through October - beginning of December for the very few hours she needed left. Finally after waiting all this time she finally finishes and the driving school will not certify her for her road test after she has met all the requirements and waited all this time! I will not be sending any of my other children here or recommend this place to anyone. I HIGHLY suggest you do the same!

Professional Driving Schools is to say the least, very unprofessional. My experience here was terrible. My mom called maybe 4 times, probably more, and after a while, they stopped answering her calls, so she left voicemails and they still disregarded those. I was told that I would be prioritized by Mike and he still failed to prioritize me after 4 months.

I ended up having to switch driving schools because of how badly they failed to schedule me for my hours and fail to teach me to drive. I had one instructor that actually was nice and taught me good tips about driving, everyone else was flat out rude. A lot of my acquaintances have had bad experiences with them as well and are still struggling to get hours.

They victimize themselves and try and make everyone feel sorry for them. Other driving schools on Cape are not having this many issues so, Professional Driving Schools, you should probably try and be more professional.

Mr Mike is AMAZING. His staff is nothing but perfect they will help you get through anything you need. They give a great presentation and really help understand the basics of driving. Mr Mike comes at you with real life examples and his own personal experiences to help understand the right and wrong doings of driving. What a wonderful man and class. Love this school!

I am not moved to write many reviews, but Mr. Mike and his staff were so wonderful to my daughter and I, that I feel like I should! She was very anxious about learning to drive so Mike took extra care in scheduling her drive times with someone who would make her more comfortable in the beginning. He answered all of my questions patiently and cheerfully and whenever I saw him he was smiling. I would highly recommend this school to anyone in need of drivers ed.

Professional Driving School has been a positive experience for my daughter. All the driving instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. My daughter expressed how Harvey was exceptionally kind and patient. I called into the office when having difficulty finding online hours and found staff to be helpful. They definitely prepared my daughter well for her test and she passed with flying colors!

Mr. Mike, the owner, is 100% dedicated to his students and giving them the best education! Both of my girls not only learned how to drive safely, but enjoyed doing it-because of Mr. Mike and his program and fantastic staff he chooses to support him. My girls came finished the program and have kept a respect for driving.and I know it is from Mr. Mike and his lifetime of experiences with driving and sharing it now with generations of kids. Thank you Mike!

Mike's program is outstanding in every way. The course material prepared our two boys perfectly and every driving instructor was knowledgeable, courteous and professional (no pun intended). They made it fun but covered all necessities. Both our boys are excellent drivers thanks to Professional Dricing School.
