The driving lessons were great. The classes over the summer was a good way to get it done along with friends. The flexibility was a bit challenging and was told they were short staffed. My child took the road test at their location - it was more challenging then at the DMV, but he passed and was given good feedback to use going forward.

Maurice Triche was the most AMAZING driving Instructor we could've ever asked for. We were assigned to another instructor at first-then the heavens opened up and we got redirected to Maurice for my son's driving lessons. Each time he returned from a lesson with Maurice, my son had tons more confidence and volunteered to start driving places to. flex his new skills. Maurice took time before each lesson to chat with me and that made me super comfortable.
And after each lesson, he gave me a rundown on my son's strong points and areas that needed improvement. That was super instrumental. I highly recommend Maurice and Taggart's for an amazing, interactive learning experience.

My son registered to take the driving course over the summer of this year. On his first day of class, I asked for him to be scheduled for the on-the-road driving portion of the class. There were no appointments available in the near-term, so the school registered him for on-the-road driving lessons a whole 3 months after he took the in-class instruction. THEN, as if that wasn't bad enough, the school called 1 week before my son's scheduled driving lessons to reschedule him for December. (Of course there's no urgency on the school's part because I've already paid for everything!) Had I known up front that there would be so much time between the classroom instruction and driving leasons, I certainly would have never registered my son here.
My son is still owed 3 hours of on-the-road instruction, and until this is done we cannot get the certificate to present to the insurance company for our earned discount. What a headache it's been dealing with Taggarts Driving School, not to mention that the office staff was not very courteous and helpful. Edit to respond to "Response From Owner": My son's name is Zayd.
Now you look ridiculous trying to deny that we were customers of your business because absolutely nobody else is named Zayd. Stop fighting with your customers and use your energy to improve your business. You're running a horrible business! My next stop is the Better Business Bureau.

My daughter is learning everything she needs from teachers who take their time and actually teach. We would not have been able to have gotten everything taught to her that they have. The hands on driving with an instructor is what a young driver needs. It makes it a more serious and honest experience when there's not the emotional attachment of parent to child.

I would NOT recommend this driving school. When I enrolled my son in driving lessons I asked questions about the entire process. Now while trying to schedule the driving hours I have discovered they clearly misrepresented themselves! They did a poor job of explaining the process to get set up for driving lessons. They do not know DMV requirements. When I asked for a refund for the six hours of driving time because they couldn't accommodate getting scheduled time for months they refused.
