First and foremost, the vehicles they use for the test are great. Location very conducive for actual lessons, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating both on the phone and in person. The instructor/examiner was probably one of best I've ever had (and I had driver's training class). He demonstrated helpful advice while giving instructions as well as kept a cool head with shenanigans from other's on the road. I would recommend every time I can for future drivers!

I'm actually eating them zero stars because they lied to me on the phone twice about taking walk ins for road tests and then after I took off work twice to go there they told me they don't and I have to have an appointment. On my first visit I sat in there for over 20 minutes before I had tos stop someone to get help while 2 other people sat there doing nothing and looking me right in my face and didn't once ask to help me. Their very unprofessional and u DONT recommend anyone take their road test there and especially don't allow your children to take any driving courses there.

It's a worst place to give a test ride. The examiner it self confused about what he is talking and I'm sure this people doest know how to respect the people. They make us wait hours and hours no one give a proper response. It's a place not worth it for test ride. Very poor service. RIP

I had my driving test today and my driver was professional and nice. He told me the expectations of the test and guided me through every stage. He was conversational through the test and that made me feel relaxed. I felt less nervous and was able to focus well on the test. At the end he gave me feedback on areas I need to improve while driving and he gave me a pass. Thank you for a great experience

This is the worst driving school ever. I went there to inquire about their lesson and road test fee, the staff who was working there don't even know how to behave professionally. She didn't even open the door for us and we talked with her outside the office by the window. When asked if we could talk to someone who can explain the procedure better, she was reluctant to do so. And on top of everything, they drastically increased their driving lesson and road test fee by $135 within a week. A BIG NO TO THIS PLACE!

Took my test a few days ago. Instructor informed me to go through a red light. When the instructor was questioned, they become very angry and defensive and yelled at me. Another occurrence I had was a person blowing a red light which resulted in me not immediately going at the green light. Instructor yelled at me for not immediately going, if I had went, we would have been hit from the side. not very personable staff. Appointment was for 12 and didn't get into car until almost 2. The instructor is borderline abusive. I am reporting this location to the state.

My cousin went here to take her drivers test. She did Parallel parking and the instructor told her she failed because she made too many movements he didn't even take her out on the road to do the driving portion I thought you supposed to have so many points in order to feel a drivers test this place is a scam they're just taking your money

Critical:Communication, Professionalism, Quality, Value The professionalism was horrible. I was lied to and tricked into renting one of their vehicles because "The state is not allowing the use of own vehicle for road test" which I later found out was not true. This place is an absolute SCAM! Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

Booked an appointment ten days in advance for 11am. Got there the day of and was told to wait in my car. After one hour passed I had to leave and asked for a refund upon realizing they quintuple booked the 11am time. They refused to refund me the total $69 I paid and would only give me $45 back. Scam artists. I wasted an hour of time and gas and paid them $23 for nothing. Bunch of scam artist losers. Go to Johnny in warren if you actually want good service

Very unprofessional and the short lady is rude and has an attitude problem. Once she told me I couldn't take my test because there were too many people and only one instructor. There was only three people on the porch but she still took one of the girls that were there even though there were too many people and took her money as well so now she has to sit there and hope they take her but if they don't she gets to go back the next day and not pay and I tried to do the same and she told me I couldn't and to make an appointment.

The day before another lady told me to come in the very next day @9 to take my road test and now another lady is telling me I have make an appointment but on the website it says you don't have to make an appointment and when I tried to call them the alarm on the phone goes off so they basically turned their phone off to calls. When I was calling my Uber (I caught an Uber there so as soon as I got there she told me I couldn't drive today) she stuck her head out the window and asked when was I leaving and that took everything in me not to go out of character.

Only reason I came to this place was because I was recommended by friends to come here and because they did same day testing without appointments. Moral of the story, they are unprofessional, disrespectful, and unreliable and I highly wouldn't recommend going here.

My instructor was an older man and he was very rude and had a snobby attitude. Other people were saying they had problems with him as well. The wait was a little long since I was a walk in but it didn't bother me.

Just took my road test and the driving instructor was very rude. He didn't pass me just because he told me at the last minute to come up off the freeway knowing all these cars was coming! I'm so heated.

I planned on coming to take my road test today and I called earlier this morning to make sure that I can still come because I have dance practice from 10-12pm. One lady informed me that it was fine for me to come in around 4:30-5:00pm because my parents didn't get off of work until 3. Then I get there and call because the door was locked and I was told that they are not taking anymore walk-ins for the day. It was very unprofessional and an inconvenience because I'm a college student and need to drive to school. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

This place is not business oriented whatsoever! They don't answer the phone the rude lady hung up on me kept passing over my son for his test and they don't know if they want to do walkins or appointments because neither means anything when you show up! And I found out that for an extra $50 they'll just pass you! This place needs to be reported to the state of Michigan and the BBB.

Critical:Communication, Professionalism Third time here to schedule. I was asked to come back on a Friday. Got there an hour before they opened and basically told us to leave because they once again had no testers. This place is absolutely the worst. Waited outside on a hot porch for 3 hours for nothing. Dont waste your time. find a reputable company.

*DO NOT TAKE ROAD TEST HERE* My driving instructor was incredibly rude and discouraging. He clearly saw I was very nervous and instead of trying to be patient and reassure me, he asked rude rhetorical questions and broke my self esteem. Their rules are very unclear. They forced me to drive their car instead mine, even though there own cars are extremely broken and wouldn't have passed an inspection if I brought it in. Gave me no time to adjust my self to this incredibly old weird car. Thieves there literally just thieves!

People, do not use this company! I should have taken heed from other bad reviews with cash mismanagement. Funny story, due to an expired permit by one day we were unable to take the scheduled road test. No problem, but in place of rescheduling we would prefer a refund for several reasons. The office (house) is in shambles, you must speak through a window from outside on the porch, tremendous language barrier with staff, just a bad feeling.

The staff was unable to process a refund on the spot because a "manager" was not there. Instructed to call after 5. Called 3 more times, manager was on the road.understand where I am going with this? I left information to call me back, which of course never happened. I asked for the managers name and the employee only knew "Jamiela" but did not know the last name?

Could not provide manager phone number, against policy :) They are not professional in the least and certainly were trying to keep payment. I simply called my CC company and disputed/cancelled the payment. Certain that they profit at times by taking advantage of less astute or educated individuals. Shameful!
