Upon successful completion of Segment One and the Segment One Knowledge Test, a green driver education Segment One Certificate of Completion will be issued to your teen. After completing Segment One, your teen is ready to apply for a Level I License. Both you and your teen must go to a Secretary of State branch office to apply for the Level I License.
Please call the office to make other arrangements if you can not be here at the time of registration. PLEASE NOTE: Drives may not be finished by the last day of class so do not schedule an appointment with the Secretary of State for a permit until you know when your student will receive his/her completion certificate.

The instructors at Academy especially Mr Paul are very experienced and knowledgeable. They are the best at the business. He helped me not only to pass my driving test but also to become a prudent and careful driver in real life. Any amount of praise for him will fall short as he showed patience and trust that all new drivers need. Going anywhere else than to Academy will be a mistake.

Very relaxed learning environment, but the instructors (Paul) are very on top of their students. They don't kid around during the drives nor in the classroom. If you are looking for a strict no-nonsense environment, this isn't for you! The downside is the classroom is small and a bit messy, as well as the facilities, but nothing too awful. Cheap, good, and a very efficient way to get Segment 1 out of the way.

Very poor communication! My husband relieved an email for the motorcycle test stating a particular day was open. I called and was told the person that administers the motorcycle test would be out until May 2. I just called to see if anything had changed and the person is holding tests on the day I originally called for! The lady that answered the phone tried going back on what she said. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. No good communication and they employ bad staff.
