The NJ Graduated Driver License (GDL) program is the mandatory process for first time teen drivers to obtain their driver's permit and then their unrestricted basic driver's license. The GDL program is designed to provide education and on the road driving experience to increase driver safety. The program has been shown to reduce driving fatalities among teens and their passengers.
The NJ Defensive Driving Course is voluntary and provides an option for drivers to potentially be able to remove 2 points from their motor vehicle license. Drivers may only receive a two-point reduction once every 5 years and only if there are points on your driving record at the time you complete the course. This course may also qualify drivers for an insurance rate reduction (contact your insurance agent for more information).

We decided last minute we should try to book a refresh for my daughter and luckily Seville was able to assist on day of her driving test. My daughter was very pleased with Joyce and her knowledge of the driving test expectations. She felt comfortable and passed her test. The staff was great leading up to the day and provided all necessary information for the day.

Feeling disappointed, after spending close to $600 for Seville Driving school to guide my daughter and get her ready to take the road test, she failed the road test, paid for the 6 hours and even the 1 hour that they practice, before going to do the road test! This was our first time using Seville, what a disappointment and I wouldn't use them again or recommend them. This service just didn't work out.

I have used Seville for all 3 of my children. They are organized and professional. I not only hired them for the written test and 6 hours behind the wheel, I also hired them to take my children to the drivers test. I didn't stand on lines for the permit or the license. The students practice the test an hour before their appointment then take the test. Seville's price is excellent and competitive.

Richie Carey is great, the whole team is really fantastic, they all make the driver and parents feel very comfortable and welcome. But Richie spent the most time with the kids, and both of them finished up feeling confident behind the wheel. I cannot say enough about the whole staff, from intro and prep, the scheduling the driving test they are super helpful and knowledgeable.

Used Seville driving school for my two daughters and fiancee's daughter. Three girls over the years and they were excellent at every step and every level. Not just scheduling and the instructors who were outstanding, but also the paperwork, follow up, communication, commitment and caring about my girls. All the instructors and Gail in the office were amazing! Feedback, promptness, professionalism. Can't say enough about how pleased I was with the entire operation, each time. Highly recommend!
