Benson's Driving School is dedicated to preparing the new driver to become a responsible, safe member of the driving community. Learn more about our school and instructors. Student's must be at least 15 yearsand 9 months by the first day of class. If a student is not 15 years and 9 months by the first day of class DMV will have us remove them from the course.The student can not even take the course if they are shy by 1 day. Our driver education program consists of 30 hours of classroom, 10 hours behind-the-wheel instruction, and six hours of observation.

Benson's is aware of the many different styles of learning techniques and our individual attention has been very successful.
If a class is canceled we will send a mass email to the class and post it on the home page of our website. Yes, we already factor into our tuition for cash discounts when we recieve payment by cash or check. Any payment other than cash or check will include a fee of 2.5 %. The deposit of $300 is non-refundable.

They are expensive and not customer focused. I write this review from my van waiting for bensons to pick him up at their location. They are almost an hour late. This is after not making it to pick up my son at our house last night. All this to get observation time because some classes and driving times were cancelled due to winter weather. At least this is my last child that needs drivers ed.

Benson's Driving School is dishonest and I would not recommend you use this driving school. I signed up and paid the $100.00 non refundable deposit. Then a few days later they emailed me and said, "Oh by the way, we won't go to your house to pick your daughter up for the behind the wheel training, you have to drive her 30 minutes to a drop off point" I then response that I couldn't drive her that much with my schedule and that since they had not disclosed that to me before I signed up, I needed the deposit refunded.
They refused in a very rude and unkind way. The customer service at this driving school is awful! Do yourselves a favor and find a different driving school. Jack's Driving School has much better customer service.
