The instructors were so nice, so helpful. gave me plenty of tips on how to drive safely and helped me pass my drivers test!

My instructor cancelled my appointment that I made in The beginning of February and rescheduled to the end of march.

So happy with my choice of Driversity. They have the best instructors who are patient and show students how to drive properly. They are also incredibly friendly and just want the best for the student drivers. The lessons helped me so much with passing my drivers test!

Last of my 4 kids is in the home stretch of permit and In Car before the license. We have used Driversity many times and always a good experience. Yesterday, my daughter had "Dion" who came to the door when the lesson was over and gave a recap. She was so professional, polite and articulate about what my girl did well and what needed more work. She is an absolute GEM! Happy that her next one is with Dion as well.

Latisa was very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed having her as my instructor and I'm sure anyone else would too. She always cheered me on and complimented my driving. I have learned so much and I feel more than ready to take my driving test now! Update: I passed first try!

GARGABE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM! I wish my husband had read other reviews before booking with these thieves. My son just finished his online training, and has now been kicked off the site and cannot gain access. When calling the business, we were told we simply just need to start over again. EXCUSE ME!? That is not customer service, and is certainly not the service we paid for. This is clearly a scam, or simply just a business who doesnt care one bit about their customers. Either way, save your money and go elsewhere.

I had a wonderful lesson a few days ago with Ms. Joyce. She was very thorough and helpful throughout our session and wasn't totally boring. I feel like I learned a lot about driving and I would definitely recommend others to this service;

I didn't know what to expect going into lessons but after four of them I can honestly say that I could not have managed without Driversity. The instructors are amazing-patient and super friendly! There were actually two lessons that had to be cancelled due to one of my instructors falling ill. Given the threat of the new Covid strains this was understandable.

Despite these complications, Driversity got back to me very quickly about make-ups and refunds. In summary, I am a completely different driver and now quite confident I will pass my test the first time around-grumpy test-givers permitting. Thank you, Driversity, and all its instructors for making the road a safer place.

I received two driving lessons with Driveristy and had a great experience. I felt the lessons really prepared me for my behind the wheel license test which I was able to comfortably pass as a result. The instruction I received was both highly informative as well as reassuring being that I am a new driver. Highly recommend!

Dionne S. is the BEST! 10 stars is more appropriate! My daughter just finished her 3 sessions with her. She is so professional, kind, informed, and a pleasure to work with. My daughter was so comfortable in her care and learned so much. We just hope she is still around when our younger daughter needs lessons.

While I was driving with my instructor Christina she had the best communication and was fun to talk too! She was very nice and straight forward with telling me what i need to work on. I was nervous when i got in the car but she made it more comfortable!

I would not recommend this online drivers ed. My daughter started it and had nothing but problems. The program continued kicking her out as if her time was up. I called and got the problem resolved only for it to happen again. This particular program is boring, not interactive and has tons of glitches. She absolutely hated it and every time she had to get on to fulfill more work she dreaded it. Finally, it kicked her off again and she called to handle it on her own.

The lady seemed bothered by her call and made no effort to resolve. I decided to enroll her into another online drivers ed and used driversed.com. she loved it and was happy to get onto the program and learn. Do not waste your time or money with driversity.

I've had two driving lessons with Christina and have learned a lot so far! She is very kind and encouraging when she makes corrections to my driving. She has helped me become much more confident behind the wheel and I can apply much of what she has taught me while I'm driving with my parents. I would definitely recommend her as a driving teacher to any of my friends who are trying to get their license!

My driving instructor was Christina. She was amazing! She makes you feel comfortable the entire drive. Even if I make a mistake she does her best to make sure I don't feel bad. She also is a very nice and funny person. She was the best instructor I can ask for

I used this company for one teen and it went okay. I used this company for the next teen and it was bad. The driving instructor was panicky and made my teen nervous. My teen braked for an animal in the road and the instructor grabbed the dashboard and let out a short scream. My teen could get that with me as their instructor. We ended up switching to another driving school to finish up the lessons. I guess it depends on who you get as an instructor. However they were accommodating to us switching to another school without hassle.

This place is great for online drivers ed. Both of my kids have done it and seemed to have an easy time. I was able to drive to their office in Antioch and pick up their certificates to shorten the wait time that mailing them would have required.

I was in a panic! It was three weeks until my daughter's behind-the-wheel driving test. As it was, I messed up on scheduling her driver's test and needed to wait an additional 8-weeks (helpful hint: see if you can schedule the driver's test when you get the permit!) and I didn't think that the driving lesson schedule would be so impacted.

When I went online to schedule, the first date available was AFTER the driver's test. OH NO! However, I called Kay at Driversity, Antioch and upon explaining my situation, she immediately put my fears to rest and said that it's not going to be a problem. PHEW! Kay worked with magic with the schedule, had suggestions for various times and dates PRIOR to the test and within a 10 minute phone call, had two dates on the schedule for my daughter to complete her second and third professional driving lessons.

I am so grateful to the Kay and her excellent service. In fact, in just a few short months, I'll be looking forward to calling again to schedule my son's driving lessons with Driversity, Antioch. Thank you!

Highly recommend the live driving education class rather than doing the online class, you learn WAY more WAY quicker! Because of the class, I got a perfect score on my permit. Warren is an outstanding teacher and driving instructor!

I'm a little late on this review. My oldest daughter took the class along with the driving instruction portion a few years back. Needless to say she's an amazing driver now. NOW I had my youngest daughter take the permit portion of class and she just took her Dmv she passed her permit with flying colors. This school I is amazing Warren is a great instructor he takes his time and teaches. Truly dedicated instructor. I highly recommend Driversity driving school.

The lady who answers the call is very reckless and arrogant. The instructor Kim wasn't really any useful to improve my driving skill. Overall, it was just a waste of money.

Online sign up was incredibly easy, they offer online payments as well. TJ showed up on time and was super nice. My student said she felt comfortable and hey first lesson was great. 10/10 would recommend TJ again.

The driver instructor was so nice and helped me get from "wait, so which one is the gas pedal again?" to driving on the streets between cities. I feel so much more comfortable behind the wheel after my first lesson. The instructor was very reassuring and pointed out things I was doing well so I wouldn't get discouraged. He still, of course, gave me very well-constructed criticism and provided many different approaches (verbally, drawing it out on paper and physically showing me) to explain different concepts to me and fix errors that I consistently made. Overall a great experience, the instructor really knew what he was talking about and is a great teacher.

Both my daughter and son had driving lessons with Driversity. It was so easy to schedule the lessons online. I appreciated the way the person in the office who answered the phone was so accommodating when I needed a time slot that wasn't on the schedule. She worked with me to set up a lesson that accommodated my son's schedule. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and patient and my kids felt comfortable with them. Both my daughter and son felt confident when taking their drivers license tests and passed easily.

Disrespectful and rude staff. I catch a family owned feeling from this place in the worst way. My family member had taken the online course this "establishment" provides. Theres proof of completion and receipts for the course. The owner (who you may see respond to these posts in a immature childish manor)Rainey Robinson will not report the completion to the DMV.

Mind you things like this affect your driving record and insurance payments. The owner and receptionist are rude and unprofessional. They're not about customer service or their reputation either. Try talking to them and read the other reviews. Don't come here. Don't waste your time or money. Or sanity. This place is partnered with the DMV and i cannot understand why.

Update overdue actually.son ended up testing at pittsburg DMV and passing on his first try. thanks to Driversity. FYI you need an appointment at every DMV for behind the wheel test in CA and need to make that appointment at least 3-4 month in advance because of the waiting list.

I paid for a couple lessons for my daughter recently and I was overall pleased. They come to your home to pick up the student. My daughter had the same instructor each time. An older gentleman who was friendly. She did say he was nice overall and her second time out on the road was better than the first. They took her on the freeway the first lesson so that was good!

She didn't have much driving experience until driving with them so I was nervous but all went well and I definitely think it helped her confidence. Lessons are costly but I think most of these places are based on my research. I will say sometimes when I called to set an appointment or pay the lady on the phone was sometimes rude as all hell. cheer up why don't ya!? Overall I recommend!

Who's the lady receiving phone calls and setting the appointments? I'm so sad for her! she sounds unhappy, grumpy and like she doesn't want to be there. Please put somebody else, first impressions and positive welcoming tone of voice are very important for a business. Im searching for another driving school for sure.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this company. Instructor assigned for my daughter had a very bad attitude during the whole process of teaching. She even said that she couldn't wait till the lesson is over so she could see her cats. Wow, is this what I paid for my daughter to experience as a first time driver? I hope you train your teachers to be more positive and encouraging. I feel for the students who are nervous to begin with and still not receive the proper treatment and training they deserve!

Thank you Morgan! Great instruction. My 16 year old did her mandatory 6 hrs of behind the wheel driver training, 4 1.5 hr sessions with Morgan. Today she got her DL. Process was easy to sign up for convenient times. You can clearly see online which instructors are available and what days times. Additionally whenever I had questions during the process I always got a timely and comprehensive response. East county I highly recommend Driversity.

Poor customer service! Instead of trying to find a solution you bash your customer by falsifying information. When i spoke to the representative I was calm and waited for a call back which i never recieved. Then I get a message from staff being extremely unprofessional. Its unbelievable how they treat their customers. I bully the staff? When its clear in my screen shots thats whats being done to me. Blows my mind.

If I could I would have given Driversity Driving School a -0. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude. When I asked her questions about my son's appointment and lessons she got frustrated and she called me a B**** and hung up. My personal opinion is this place is not a professional establishment.
