Motorcycle Training Academy

I would highly recommend this academy! Every one was super professional and focused on safety, and fun. Overall everyone was super nice and welcoming!

Not a great experience. Never ridden a bike in my life, so obviously I didn't even know the basics, so being yelled at for things I don't know isn't really something I appreciate. The "coach" named Chris, was very sarcastic and treats you like your stupid. I heard Harley Davidson offers a class, would recommend you try them before going here.

I had a wonderful experience! My rider coaches were Tony and Seneca. I tend to have panic attack issues with the presence and especially sound of motorcycles, so I decided to take this course as a kind of exposure therapy to try to get over at least some of my fear. The coaches did an amazing job and were patient, helpful, and informative. They were great at giving pointers on how to improve in different exercises and techniques and it was clear that they cared about helping their students to become safe and responsible riders.

I went in not knowing if I was even going to be able to touch the motorcycles, let alone ride them. By the end of day two of my basic rider course, I felt confident and eager to continue to ride. My fears didn't magically disappear, trauma doesn't work like that, but I'm already noticing a huge difference. I'm going to be getting my own motorcycle or scooter and I'll definitely be back!

Highly recommend taking the Motorcycle Basics Class with trainer Tony! I'd never been on a motorcycle prior to class and each day of training my anxiety would sky rocket and I'd tell Tony that I didn't think I could do it and should drop out of the class. He would just kindly tell me to give it a try and see first. With patience and guidance from Tony I was able to surprisingly pass the class.

The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star review is because I would have preferred another day of class with more practice. But then again I'd never been on a bike and didn't have one at home to practice on. But now I do, with my endorsement so I can practice, practice, practice before driving on public roads. I never would have gotten to this point without this amazing school and Tony as a trainer. Thank You for helping me achieve a dream!

Special thanks to coach Tony & Coach Chris. It has been an incredible journey and a dream comes true to learn to ride. I started with 2 wheels and learnt that it is not suitable for me when I developed the fear thinking I may lose balance. After much thought, I decided to go for 3 wheel and I am happy that I did. I really enjoyed the 2 full days lesson by Coach Chris.

He is patience and encouraging to the class. Today I passed my test and I am ready to get my 3 wheel riding skill endorsed next week. Of course the next thing to do is to convince my hubby to approve my decision to get a 3 wheelers.

My ridercoach was amazing, he worked with each of us. They are caring and compassionate about what they do. I will take more courses here in due time.

I can’t say enough good things about MTA. The instructors are great. The skills you learn are great. I highly recommend taking courses from here! Seriously a great place to learn to ride or brush up on your skills. And don’t forget to SMILE and have FUN!

Just finished the 2 day class and passed with absolute no prior experience. Philip was our instructor and found his teaching style very comfortable. Garrett and Larry also facilitated in the training and were great as well. Everyone can benefit from taking the Basic Rider Course, even if you have no plan to buy a motorcycle. It’s a general life skill I can take with me forever.

I would 100% recommend MTA for your motorcycle training. The instructors for the BRC2 class I took were amazing. Leslie and Garret made the training fun and enjoyable. They were very clear at explaining each skill before we began, as well as demonstrating it several times until we were comfortable with what we were doing. They offered pointers, tips and positive feedback all throughout the day. I learned new skills and techniques to add to my toolbox. I thoroughly enjoyed the day. Thanks again for the excellent training.

I recently completed a three wheel motor vehicle course with MTA with a group of friends. Garrett was our trainer and he ROCKED! I learned SO much and felt comfortable on a 3W by the end of the course. Totally affordable and worth it!

I just completed the basic rider course with Garrett in Colorado Springs. The course was fantastic. We had some relatively cold February mornings (including a dusting of snow on the ground on day 2). Our instructor did a great job balancing the class time with the cold conditions to make it a more enjoyable riding experience. Garrett's description and examples of the exercises we had to do made me feel very confident that I could learn and improve my skills.

I know he gave me some personalized tips that helped me focus during practice time, and to be ready for the course test. I saw him do similarly for everyone in our class. I can't recommend this course highly enough for anyone looking to get started riding. Thank you MTA, I'll be back for more courses in the future.

Thanks to all who operate the motorcycle training academy, I went there today to get my endorsement and everything was easy, serious, and fun. The instructors are not in a hurry at all and i could tell that they really took their jobs seriously and really want us all to have fun riding safely. I came in thinking i was the best rider ever and 5 minutes later i was humbled.

The company has a variety of bikes and helmets that will suit every rider. If you want to get your endorsement and have a little fun and learn something this place is a sure bet!

One of the best experience's I've ever had. Philip was a great teacher, and taking all of his advice while practicing on the range landed me a perfect score on the riding test. I never once felt like I was in a class. tons of good information, easy going advice made for a experience I would do all over again. definently recommend going here!
