SAGE offers a wide variety of truck driving and CDL training programs across the country to meet the needs of new drivers and employers. SAGE's basic CDL training programs are designed based upon the entry-level driver training (ELDT) standards set by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
Taking the CLP (Commercial Learner's Permit) exam is the first step in getting your CDL (Commercial Driver's License). SAGE can help you with the process of obtaining your permit through the comprehensive online practice testing site ProdriverU. ProdriverU gives you a chance to answer questions that are very similar to what you will find on the actual DMV exam. With PDU, you will get all the necessary knowledge and practice you need to be successful, using any desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
The truck driving school admissions process is simple and straightforward. All applicants are required to complete an Enrollment Application, provide a copy of a valid driver's license and a copy of a physical examination on a DOT form (available at the School). Students must be able to pass a drug screen if administered.

Great place to get a Commercial Drivers License with a mix of classroom, online, and range/road instruction. The office staff was helpful with getting me enrolled, flexible with my work/personal schedule, and the driving instructors were second to none. Mike and Zina were exceptional in explaining all necessary techniques needed for shifting, turning, backing, etc. They gave me the tools required to pass each part of the test the first time. I had a great experience at this school from day one to the day I got licensed.
