So amazing come here if you want to learn how to drive Julie is the best instructor she explains stuff so well and the behind the wheel with her really helped me learn to drive! I'm proud to say I have license due to Julie's help! Pay attention in class it's important stuff! I just didn't like driving with that mr. Greg for my last session he is not the nicest thing and very sarcastic

I would not recommend going here, especially if you are a person of color, so African American or foreign. I felt repeatedly that I was treated with disrespect and often embarassed in front of the class. The overall class was very easy, and helpful in the end, but I will say that it was not worth the experience and price and should have taken a driver's ed course elsewhere.

Overall I would have to say great service Driving Coach Greg can be a bit strict at times but it's only to get the point across as he wants you to learn how to safely drive. Got me better at driving in the long run & for that I would have to say it's worth the bill.

I had a great experience being taught by Julie! She is a driving expert and taught me safe rules of the road. I started from ground zero and with the adult abbreviated lessons I earned my drivers license! Julie was very accommodating, gave me great driving tips and even drove me back to my dorm! I would highly recommend you go with Driver Ed Academy!

Teachers are great. Got my in-car driving done very quickly. Id recommend to anybody who needs good teaching.

Process is not clear. Certificate delivery was not explained - and as a result we missed our driving test appt. Zero flexibility or willingness to deliver certificates more timely. Three kids and $1500. Sigh.

Overall the experience wasn't bad. The classroom lessons were somewhat helpful but the driving instructor Mr.greg needs to hugely improve on his attitude and sarcasm and patience with new drivers, but can give helpful tips every now and then. So all an all I'd say go here just for lesson but if you can handle a rude attitude and sarcasm then go for driving lessons as well.

Greg was great! Kept things calm, gave really useful instructions. Went beyond merely covering what would be on the test, adding in more difficult maneuverability practices and freeway driving. Thanks to his help I passed the test with flying colors. Definitely recommend!

I hated it here. The instructor was racist and repeatedly insisted I wasn't a "real American". On top of that, rude and impatient. Overall shady place and the learning equipment like the cars and books were all damaged.

I learned a lot from this school. I Even passed on my second try ( I was with AAA driving school at first and didn't learn anything nor gain from it. Especially with maneuverability. I felt rushed during my two hours and even failed on my first try.) so I searched for more driving school that actually care about their students and even help them with their flaws.

I found Driver Ed Academy and decided to take my chance with them. My instructor Greg was wonderful and even gave me some tips on driving. He was a very patience person and thanks to him I ended up passing my driving test. One thing I love about the gold package was that you can have a 2 hour practice before your test with them.

Very Nice Instructor, but office staff seems to be one person only Julie and forget about calling on Fridays, ur call will be answered when she will answer, only when she want to, and can put u on hold and forget about it, yea it happens once every three time, but she is very nice and helpful if she is feeling it. Instructor is very nice and punctual and he is always on time and nice and very good. They have a late model red corolla. Only recommendation is they need to hire a full time employee for CUSTOMER SERVICE I mean this is 2018.

The Driver Ed Academy had been recommend to us by a couple of friends so we chose to send our two sons through their program. Our boys each had a very pleasant experience. They both had Dave as their instructor and said that he was very patience, friendly and a great teacher. From a parent's perspective, below are the things that made this such a great experience: - A lot of classroom instruction times to choose from - Very short lag time between when classroom instruction ended and behind the wheel sessions were scheduled - Various behind the wheel times to choose from - Flexibility on pick up location.

My son had an event at school he needed to attend and Dave was able to pick him up at school two times, which was very convenient for us I highly recommend the Driver Ed Academy.

The first week was ok but it seems like after the instructor had my money, he didn't care if I learned to drive/ passed my test or not. He was very rude, impatient, snappy and sarcastic to an extent that I had to go off on him about it once and he didn't explain things well but got mad when I didn't know things. He also got frustrated because I wasn't retaining things the second week which is a little understandable but I'm not fortunate enough to have help with driving outside of lessons so a little patience would've been nice. Complete waste of money and time, do not go here unless you have help outside of lessons and if you do go here, DO NOT pay all at once

Can't seem to get anyone to answer our calls when trying to start in-cars. It says specifically to call the number listed on the website to schedule the in-cars, but for the past two weeks we can't catch anyone capable of picking up the phone. (We've been calling during the open hours listed on the website and we've yet to receive a returned call from all of the messages we left)

My wife took 10 hours driving lessons here. She really liked her instructor, Greg, and learned a lot. Julie was great at scheduling times that were convenient for her. She even scheduled her driving test and allowed us to use their car. I highly recommend Driver Ed Academy!

I was a fan of this school, until they cancelled classes with the threat of snow and ice. Please let me explain, I understand safety comes first but you know how weather is in this area, you never can depend on the forecast. I also looked at other drivers ed schools, Bee's drivers ed didn't cancel the classes in West Chester as it wasn't suppose to be as bad here and thats the same location this class is that was cancelled. Tom's drivers ed did cancel classes BUT is doing a make up class on the 11th so the people don't have to wait so long to start the in cars.

This company as of now is not doing any make up classes so you have to wait till the 24th to make up this class and today is the 4th, THATS RIDICULOUS! Drivers Ed please look after the customer and taking care of them by doing a make up class and I will look at changing my review.
