Elite Driving School

If I could give Elite Driving School a standing ovation, I would. From start to finish, this has been a magnificent experience. My son needed the "right fit" as it relates to driving school. In conducting our preliminary research, I found that Elite Driving School had everything he needed. He is not what one would consider a "conventional learner" but he LOVED this class and he retained all of the information that he learned.

The staff is remarkable! My son had Mr Brian as a classroom instructor. Mr Brian is personable, entertaining, engaging, and teaches in an interactive manner that makes his students (regardless of age) both learn and process the information that was provided. Mr Brian made learning via an online platform extraordinary! I cannot praise both Brian and Elite Driving School enough. Obrigada!

If you are looking for a driving school do not pick this one! I scheduled my hands on driving lesson a week before so I could take off work. Today I sat on my porch for 40 minutes waiting for my instructor to show up. They never did. Next thing I know I get a call from my father telling me that he was charged 60 dollars because "i never showed up." I called the school to see why they never showed and I was sent straight to voicemail twice!

I finally got reach of them in a shared call with my father and tiffany the operator said that "she never spoke with me last week." How would i have appointments for 2 weeks in advance if I hadn't of called the school. She's the only female that works there (which is what she told me) so the person i talked to would have to be her because i talked to a woman.

I stated that she wasn't telling the truth and she said that i'm a liar and hung up on us. what a horrible experience this has been! i finally mustered up the courage to drive and now my confidence has gone back down due to this situation. terrible place, miserable people.

Mr. Brian was an excellent teacher and I'd recommend anyone who can get him as an instructor do so. And Ms. Jean is excellent at getting everything set up for you to begin learning.

Elite Driving School was honestly the best option for me. My brother took his driving classes there and he a lot of great things to say about Mr. Brian, he's such an engaging teacher and he does a great job of making sure his students understand the lessons before quizzes. 10 stars in my book

I thought driver's ed would be a long and boring process, but I actually had a lot of fun with Elite Driving School. My instructor, Mr. Brian, was a terrific instructor and overall person. He made the class fun and truly cared about all of his students. The subject matter was made easily understandable and applicable through his teaching. I definitely would recommend Elite Driving School to anyone needing to take driver's ed.

I'm really glad I chose Elite Driving School for my drivers ed classes. Although the classes were long, the instructor, Mr. Brian, was extremely nice, chill, and funny which made the time fly. I feel like I learned things that I might not have if I chose a different school. Great choice!

I just finished the drivers educational course with the elite driving school of Owings mills and had a wonderful experience. My teacher was Mr. Brian who is a very upbeat, fun, and smart teacher who adequately taught me the rules and dangerous of driving. I especially commend him for creating a virtual setting that seemed to be just as effective and helpful as an in person course. Would 100% recommend any new drivers to come learn with elite driving school

Choosing Elite Driving School has been the best decision I've made for my future when it comes to driving! My instructor Mr Brian has been nothing short of amazing and I would definitely recommend him to my colleagues and/or anymore in search of a driving school. He made sure everyone knows the material and did everything in his power to ensure that we know we can confide in HIM!

Mr Brian made learning the road fun and engaging, because you know! We all like to have fun while learning and not be bored ready to fall asleep! He's also very adamant about violations and disobeying the rules of the road. He wants to make sure that when his students leaves the classroom, they are knowledgeable and ready to be a driver. I feel more confident about being on the road!

Had a scheduled lesson. I received an email confirmation that my daughter was going to be picked up. The instructor never showed and then Covid hit. They never called or followed up at all! Now they are charging us over $150 because my daughter didn't complete the on hands lesson during their time period. If the MVA didn't require a certification from them, I would tell them to go to hell. The assistant manager talks like a robot with now empathy or customer service skills whatsoever.

Great school! Excellent customer service especially David was very helpful to make scheduling appointments, Tiffany can solve any problems! Thomas instructor always on time and very reliable!

What a great experience my daughter had with the online classes and Mr. Brian as her instructor. She was engaged each day, happy to spend 3.25 hours behind a screen not if her videos, and she learned a lot. And she's happy. I'm happy. Thank you Elite and Brian. Job well done!

Jean is AWFUL. Plain rude and takes no ownership and blames all mistakes on "corporate". I can only imagine this is going to get worse and worse to deal with. So very sorry I spent so much money on this place. Please don't use them. Please don't give them any more money. Jean will suck the life out of you when you have a simple issue because she simply does not care and will not do anything to help. Wish 0 stars were possible. This is the worst experience I have had with customer relations in years.

Although this was convenient for us, Elite was really hard to deal with. Scheduling drive times is difficult. I called and asked for help for both of my daughters and they only helped with one. They told me I did not ask about the other one. The drivers are on their phone the whole time and give little feedback. My one daughter had her last drive time and he gave her nothing to work on before her test. She said every once in a while he would look up and say something but little feedback. Look at ABC Driving in Timonium. Much better.

Unprofessional company. My daughter took their 36 hour program. The classroom instructor was not providing the full 30 hours of classroom time, letting the class out 1.5 hours early from a 3 hour class. During the driving lessons the instructor spent most of the time on their phone. Poor customer service and very disorganized.

Administrative staff does not care about clients. They work on their schedule, not the schedule of the MVA or the clients. Awful service, awful organization, selfish and self-centered management. The adminstrative office is terrible.

After my experience with having my two teenagers take classes with the school, I would not recommend this business to anyone. I found that their process was dedicated solely to making money as opposed to insuring that my children received invaluable skills toward licensure. My recommendation is to entrust this important milestone in your children's lives to another company. Elite Driving School IS NOT worth the cost.

Horrible driving school. Horrible service, attitudes from instructors and staff, not organized at all, instructors were late and had no answers and they gave the wrong paperwork to my child which most likely means they sent the wrong paperwork to the Mva so she won't be able to take her drivers test next week so I do not recommend and honestly say it is a horrible and not worth the money

Horrible customer service and lack of communication from Jean at the front desk. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
