Watch out for a strict instructor named Jim.he kicked me out of the Triad driving car 40 seconds in of the session.because I canceled a appointment. I was gonna file a complaint but my parents told me not to. Super ridiculous. Go to a place where the instructors are patient & kind

My son had a great experience with the classroom portion of the program, but it is nearly impossible to get driving time. We are nearing the 6 month mark and he only has 4 hours driving (he needs 12).there are never any times available. Also, I have to reset my password every time I log into the site, which is very annoying. I do not recommend Triad, simply because you can't get any driving time. I'm very disappointed in this program and I will not have my younger children attend this driving school.

Critical:Communication, Quality Can't book behind the wheels times at all. They are unresponsive to phone calls and email. Their website is archaic and poorly designed and optimized. There program is fine but the high stress of trying to get driving hours in is simply not worth the price. Save your money, go somewhere else.

Horrible. Can't book behind the wheel. Just stay away! I've been trying for 3 months to book a behind the wheel. It's impossible and no one wil help me. It's frustrating that no one will talk to you. They want you to email them and send you a standard form email! So disappointed and would not recomend if it was free!

I tried to book online behind the wheels classes for my daughter since they opened again back in beginning of July. My husband lost his temper and hung up once on the person I believe is the owner. After that I tried to book or talk to her and she yelled at me and had me know that she will do it everything in her power to make it more difficult for my daughter to get her license. my husband wasn't right to hang up on her but I expect a little more professionalism from

We had our 2 boys train at Triad Driving Academy and were very happy with the process and the results! It was certainly a challenging year, but Triad communicated well throughout the COVID crisis and was very responsive, particularly Shauna, in doing the best they could to finish behind the wheel training and set up license tests! Frankly, I even enjoyed the parent class, found it really informative, and could see the genuine concern and the seriousness for which they take this important "right of passage" of our teenagers. Thank you all at Triad for the thorough, professional, and critical service that you provide for our kids!

I can't say enough good things about Triad Driving Academy! All of our teenagers took Drivers Education Classroom Training at Triad. They all passed both permit and road tests with flying colors. Kenny, Jim, Bruce, Alex, Paula, Matt and Jack were terrific instructors. Jill, who works in the office, is fantastic and always willing to answer any questions you have along the way. Highly recommend signing up for a private class with one of the instructors before the road test. It's a great refresher!

My experience with Triad was mostly great but just a heads up, getting a road test with them is a NIGHTMARE. I finished all my lessons a month in advance, and I was super excited to get my license right after the 6 months on my permit were up, because I thought I was on top of it and prepared. I went to schedule my road test with triad, and the earliest date they had that I could take my test was a month after my 6 months were up.

I was annoyed because I had to wait so long, but I decided to sign up for that test because they told me I definitely wasn't going to get a better date. Then it got to the day before the test and they straight up CANCELLED on me because the RMV was closed, and now I have to wait another month because they won't make new dates! It is an absolute shame that they won't make another testing date for people that now have to take their tests late, and I am extremely frustrated with them and how little they care about when students get to take their tests. UPDATE: they responded but are still doing nothing to accommodate the students that were canceled.

Both my children went through Triad. They both enjoyed the classes as well as their driving instructors. Everyone in the admistration were friendly attentive and very helpful. Jill rocks! The information given about texting and driving and distractive driving was so well done. Both my kids put the phone either in the glove box or in the center console. I and my children felt confident behind the wheel and still do. Thank you for everything

I completed the Driver's Education Program at Triad and had a great experience! Everyone was incredibly respectful and professional, and I passed my RoadTest effortlessly. Scheduling my lessons was so easy and I loved their online system. I would highly recommend for any new drivers.

I would highly recommend Triad to anyone looking for driver education! You can really tell that they care about the students and making sure they give the students the skills necessary to be good safe drivers for the rest of their lives, not just the bare minimum to pass the road test. Scheduling lessons was streamlined and I never had issues with being unable to get lessons when I wanted them.

I had all my lessons with Sue R and she was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful; I felt very prepared for not only the road test but for when I was on the roads after I passed!
