Had the best experience working with Nicastro's. My son felt like he learned a lot during the driving lessons and had attentive teachers. They really helped prepare him for his driver's test also - he passed his first try. They stressed safetey and taught valuable driving skills. Most important, they picked up the phone, called back and worked with us on scheduling sessions. Nicastro was booked like all the other driving schools but they stayed in close contact with me and my son - letting us know when there were cancellations and when they had openings. Go to these guys first. I'll definitely be bringing my younger kid her when its his time.

I was given a specific test time to arrive at, but had to wait over 2 hours. Other people arriving later than me got to take the test first as the test order was going alphabetically. This is very irritating you should just go in the order of the specific time slots that you give out, not alphabetically. The specific time slots for the test are pointless as it stands. My driving lessons with the school on the other hand were all greatly needed for me to prep for the test, just the test itself was a pain.

I chose to go to Nicastros over tanner city, and I am very happy I made that choice. My experience taking the classes was very fun and I feel like I was more prepared when it came time to actually start driving lessons. It especially helped that the teacher was funny and personable, but also strict when it was nessasary. I also want to thank my driving instructor. In 12 lessons she taught me every skill required by the license test. I feel I wouldn't have passed the driving test if it wasn't for everybody at Nicastros. Thank you!

Straight scammers. Ive had my license for 22 years and had my California license suspended over no front license plate so when I moved back to mass I had to start from scratch. This place charges $175 bucks just for the test. I show up and wait an hour after my test was scheduled then get in the car w a mass DOT worker who is super mean and condescending.
He asks if I took lessons and I said ive had my license 20 years. He practically screams back "thats not what I asked". During the test he brings me to a super narrow 2 way street for a 3 point turn. There are cars waiting for me on both sides and a parked car on the side I turned to so I pulled behind it to be safe and let the waiting car thru and he failed me for "unnecessary stopping".
He also completely fabricated me not using signals. During the time I was waiting, I saw 8 kids go and only one passed. Then I find out that the 175 bucks doesn't include DMV fees. So I paid double for the test only to be scammed by the unscrupulous racket between the school owner and DOT worker.
