DUI Counterattack, Hillsborough., was incorporated in 1971 to supply drug and alcohol education courses to persons convicted of driving under the influence DUI of alcohol or other drugs who live, work or attend school in Hillsborough County. Currently Florida Statues require that persons convicted of driving under the influence must attend a substance abuse educational course, complete the evaluation session by a certified evaluator and complete treatment or couenseling as recommended by the DUI program.

The lack of professionalism in this company is staggering. I have never encountered an business that operates with such a disregard for their clients time and schedules. I have yet to be able to get though to someone without having to wait on hold for a minimum of 45 mins. When you are able to get through, the staff is quite rude and unwilling to help. If you have any other option, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Jerry Burgin spent more time talking about politics and social media and youth smoking vape pens and drones and religion than he did talking about DUIs and will call you stupid for being uneducated on his personal opinions. He will come off as kind and then tell You that you have nothing and if you knew anything you wouldn't be in this position.

Just absolutely horrible service. Please go find another DUI school. I spend at least a hour waiting on the phone every time I call. People that work there are not on the same page and tell you all different information. This whole situation is already hard enough and this company makes it entirely worse.

Jerry Burgin, our instructor, was by far, one of the kindest people. I thought, he ought to get some recognition. Although, personable, he always remained professional.
