Our Instructors have over 50 years combined experience in driver safety, traffic safety service and drivers education. Our Instructors are Highly Trained in the latest Safety Techniques & Rules of the Road. We are highly invested in Continuing Education and Updated Training Methods for our Instructors to utilize so your Education is up to date. All our Instructors are DMV Licensed, mentally and physically fit and have in many cases, decade or more of Instruction History.

NOW HIRING: We are currently looking to hire individuals to join our Drive Safe Team in the Gold Country region of the Sierra Foothills, specifically Truckee, and Auburn, CA! Previous driving instructor experience is welcome but not necessary to apply. We provide our employees with the DMV required training needed to obtain their Certified Driving Instructor's License.

Not recommended. E-Z Way's instructor was 90 minutes late for our son's first appointment. Bad first impression. For the second appointment, they didn't show up at all. When our son called to find out what happened, they told him his appointment was scheduled for the following day at 10am - contrary to what he was told on the phone when he made the 2nd appointment.
Much later that same day, they then switched his appointment time to 8am instead. This is not acceptable. My son has wasted a total of 5 hours of his time with no communication from the school regarding their own internal scheduling issues. We are going to request a refund for the remaining sessions. Businesses who can't communicate, can't schedule properly, and don't respect the time (money) of their customers simply do not deserve to remain in business. Fortunately, there are other schools in the area for us to choose from. Buyer beware!

Thanks, Shelly. Today my youngest got her drivers' license! My eldest also went through your driving school in 2015 and we received excellent care, customer service and driving instruction all the way through. You always answer the phone and you dealt adeptly with the COVID-19 interruptions. Also, in 2015 my son wanted to save $25 (cuz I made him pay for his drivers' ed) and take the written exam/training course online from a competitor.what a mistake! Turns out their certification lapsed and he had to retake it with YOU! You're a champ! Thanks for being a part of our cherished family memories, Shelly!

This is thee best driving school in town. Their instructor Kim is a gem. Extremely knowledgeable and on point. She will make sure you are aware of everything you need to know to be a safe and effective driver. Very clear instructions and tons of little tips and tricks to get their students ready for the road! Absolutely the best in town!

Horrible customer service, I scheduled three lessons at the end of summer, and I've received one of the three lessons so far, only after several unanswered emails and call. My lesson was at the beginning of November, and I was told I would be contacted shortly, and I am still waiting on a response. I am deeply unsatisfied, and would not recommend this place to anyone else.

This company was fantastic! The woman who answers the phone is always friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk to. They were able to get my daughter in and she just completed her third and final lesson. They used the same driver for all three lessons, which was very nice. Great company, great customer service, and would recommend to anyone!
