I had a very positive and professional experience at ACNSC. Learning to be a CPR, First Aid and AED trainer can be a long 3 days if done poorly, and I was lucky enough to draw Ed Taube as the instructor for both the core course, and the Instructor course. The environment he created was welcoming, diverse, informative, useful, relevant and engaging.

I not only learned the course description, but how to lead and educate a room of people. Ed is a consummate professional from whom I would want to learn from again. The rooms were clean, bathrooms clean, and overall a nice safe side of town, too.

This is a class act orgization. Jennifer has been super supportive getting all of our training credentials up to date. Recently I took one of Ed's train the trainer classes and it was the best TTT classes I have ever attended. I am a certified trainer in several different safety trainings and Ed was able to teach me more than I ever expected. Thank you guys for all you do there is no doubt in my mind that the training you provide is saving lives.

The NSC FA/CPR/AED instructors course was the best training I had attended in a very long time. The instructor, Ed, was amazing. He conducted the class in a very professional manner, while making it fun and engaging. I learned so much about the course and how to provide an effective training on the subject matter. I highly recommend anyone who is wanting to be a FA/CPR instructor to look into the NSC.

The people I have spoken to at NSC genuinely care about how they provide training and how you, as an instructor, will provide training. Thank you Ed and Jennifer, you're both amazing.

I really enjoyed this training. Ed is a great instructor. I was able to learn and take away alot of things in this training. I would recommend NSC to anyone who needs their 1st Aid-CPR/AED Instructor certification.

It was an honor to get my Instructor CPR, AED and first aid certification from AZ NSC instructed by Ed. From day one, Ed exhibited how a great instructor should conduct himself to be an EFFECTIVE instructor. Arizona National Safety Council is fortunate to have Ed on their team.

I recently completed instructor level course with Ed Taube. Ed is extremely professional, engaging and knowledgeable. Ed is one of those rare instructors that not only knows the content of what is being presented intimately, but is engaging and just a pleasure to be in a classroom with. The course content provided by NSC is very well created and intelligent, and presented in a very intuitive manner. The training center was very clean and comfortable and very conducive to creating a great learning environment and experience.

2022302 April Parent made the class super difficult. I have attend trainings at National Safety Council but this is the first time I have been talk down to and spoken yo like a child. I was told I couldn't lean my head against the wall and I couldn't look down. I literally had to ask the instructor to stop singling me out. She forced people to read and forced people to write what she said in the books and forced people to answer questions that she approved of in a everyone had to answer situation.

We could definitely not be honest nor comfortable. We had lunch but no other breaks. She made the only black guy in the class leave his phone at her desk when he asked to use the bathroom but nobody else. I understand that the class is part of a punishment but there should be an opportunity to learn not just be talked at and talked down to. Everyone there is paying for the privilege and deserves common Courtesy and Respect. I have experienced much better from AZNSC

The trainer and staff was very informative and well experienced, the class was a comfortable setting while practicing social distancing. Schedule on time session. I will come back for further career building. And recommend NSC of AZ to anyone interested in becoming a instructor.

I recently took a TSS training class with Instructor Ed and it was amazing! The curriculum they provide is very easy to understand and very informative. Instructor Ed is the best and he is very professional and well organized. He made the class very enjoyable and explained and answered any questions we had. Ed is also very encouraging and will give you good feedback/tips to make sure you do great during your classes. I will forever be grateful for this opportunity and so glad I had the pleasure of having an awesome trainer. Thank you so much for everything!
