Online 32 Hours Classroom only - Perfect for students who would like to practice at home or would like to be picked up and drop off for the driving phase. Apex offers 32 hours of classroom and 14 hours in-car (7 hours driving and 7 hours observation) Monday thru Thursday for 4 weeks and all classes are 2hours per day.
We offers a two hour lesson and focus on techniques to help pass the driving test as soon as possible. For example, we teach control on left and right turns, parallel parking and right of way to name a few. The Instruction Permit test can be taken at the DPS, Apex Driving School or online. If you opt to take the permit test at the DPS you should have your documents inorder to take the written test and must be 25 or older. If you are from abroad or out of state you should have a passport, out-of-state ID and a third piece of ID.
Is a teenager required to complete a driver education course before receiving a driver license?. Texas law requires persons under 18 to successfully complete a state-approved driver education course to be eligible for a driver's license. Is there more than one way for a teen to complete a Texas-approved driver education course?.
Take the 6 Hour class and receive permit from Dps or Take written test at the Dps and receive temporary permit. If you are applying for a Texas driver license and will be taking a driving skills test, you are required to successfully complete one of the following Impact Texas Drivers (ITD) programs and provide proof of completion at the time of application.

Passed first time with David. He was a great instructor, very knowledgable, patient and professional. He kept a good track of areas that I need to improve and he was honest with his feedback which help me to perfecting my driving. Today, I passed my test on my first attempt all thanks to David! I passed my driving test first attempt on an automatic last month. Apex driving school has been flexible to take us on (me and my partner) especially Gary who assured months sooner that he will work something out.
