Peachtree DUI & Defensive Driving Clinic has been providing excellent customer service to the city of Atlanta, South Fulton, East Point, Dekalb, North Fulton, Cobb, Johns Creek and out of state residents for over 18 years.- Our philosophy is genuine and non discriminating, therefore, every client is treated professionally and kindly, with the utmost respect.

Our mission is to improve public health and promote greater safety on our highways and streets. Each day, our Risk Reduction Program (RRP) and the Multiple Offender Program, as part of the continuum of Substance Abuse Services, help change attitudes and behaviors involving the use of alcohol and other drugs. We service "All" counties in Georgia.

First time DUI offenders are required, as a condition of probation, to get a clinical evaluation, and if indicated by the evaluation, complete a substance abuse treatment program. You must complete the DUI Risk Reduction program (DUI School of 20 hours of classroom instruction) before getting the clinical evaluation.

According to the rules and regulations under the Department of Driving Services law, all classes will start on time. Any individual arriving late will not be allowed to participate and will have to re-register for needed class. If you register for a Wednesday class, Please call 404-794-0022 to confirm registration. If class registration is low, you will automatically be enrolled into the Friday class for the current week.
