Nathan's Driving School

We had a not so great experience with the driving lessons portion. Poor communication from the instructor and little feedback along the way. Never gave him highway driving lessons. When I called to voice my feedback, it was not received well from the receptionist. Instead of listening and offering a solution, she argued with me and didn't want to hear it.

I won't be choosing Nathan's Driving School for our next child when the time comes. We used Taggart's for my oldest son through his school and it was a very positive/different experience.

I had to come here a leave a review due to the wonderful service I received. I was skeptical at first after reading the reviews but thought to give it a try since the school was conveniently located near my house. let me start by saying the office staff was great, not sure of the past reviews maybe there was a change somewhere but everyone seemed friendly and helpful.

Due to covid, scheduling my daughter was a bit scarce but they made it work for me and my daughter was able to get her license on time. So thanks to each and every one of you. Now My 5 Stars goes out to my daughter Instructor Ms. Z (Zaneta) Zaneta was very friendly, bubbly and to my surprise absolutely amazing from the start of her lesson until completion. Zaneta is what I consider not just an instructor but a role model we need for Youth in general.

She was very Patient, understanding and very thorough with feedback and tips which helped me practice with my daughter in our car and very inspirational. My daughter shared some trouble she was having at school with bullies and Zaneta gave her good advice on how to deal with it. I was greeted with a smile, she was very personable she wanted to know if we had any special accommodations, needs or worry about our daughters driving which caught me by surprise?

I was thinking to just hand my daughter off and they do their job. Zaneta took notes of our concern's and addressed them with feedback and updates. My daughter has really bad anxiety and lacked confidence in driving but after driving with Ms. Zaneta she gained so much confidence now she thinks she can take my car and go places lol. She can now parallel Park, Park at grocery stores, switch lanes etc.

My daughter was well equipped for her test. My daughter mentioned she was very creative, she took her on an adventure every lesson such as to her favorite mall, friends house or school and acknowledged when she was doing good and provided tips along the way. Also stopped at Quik Trip our favorite travel stop for a break. Thanks to Nathan's Staff for all of your accommodations and such an wonderful Instructor, I will be returning when my son is of age.

Had an issue with rescheduling a lesson and owner called me personally to resolve. Appreciate the time Rachel took to listen to my concerns and address the problem quickly. My son has had 2 lessons and great experience and already a more confident driver.

Critical:Professionalism How can this school teach you how to drive whe the instructors drive so bad cutting off others driver on road.take your kids to another school that are real instructors.

Such a good experience at Nathan's. I took the driver's education classes, on road lessons, and road test there. Rufus was my in class and on road teacher - he was the best! Great people at Nathan's. Thank y'all!

My daughter took the in class and in car driving lessons and has become such a confident driver. She knows the rules of the road and can even drive long distances in the interstate. Nathan's instructors were so relatable to my daughter and they really helped her so much. She wants to drive all the time and is totally prepared to get her license. Thank you Nathan's!

Glad to find Nathan's for my teenage son. They offered lots of different options so we could work around his sports and school schedules to get the 30 hour course done (we opted for online) and the 10-hour driving program was perfect for us. He was comfortable and listened to the knowledgeable instructor and received great, supervised road experience while we saw how his driving improved significantly. Gave us invaluable peace of mind. Instructor also covered the parking requirements for the driving test too. I would highly recommend Nathan's Driving School for new drivers!

Would love to learn. but they cancelled my appointment and gave away all the other appointments this week. I just wanted to get some extra help before my road test.

WOW -- I was right and I am very happy to report that Nathans took a wrong and made it into a right! It wont let me change my recommendation but here is how I feel about the situation now. Thank you for stepping in and showing that customer service still exits. On that note, I would like to personally mention, Sarah, the instructor who helped. teach my daughter road and driving skills.

She was patient, friendly and kind. She was easy going but quick to point out the infractions which I totally appreciate as a mom. The classroom instructor Joe was a hoot -- he could not pronounce my daughters name and we got a huge laugh about it. He kept the sessions lively and fun! THANK YOU Nathans!

My daughter was scheduled to start driving school at Nathan's driving school. My wife and daughter arrived well in advance of the schedule start time. No one showed up, after several phone calls my wife was able to speak to someone. She was told that the class was canceled due to not enough people scheduled to take the class. WHAT! No one called us or email any communication of the class being canceled.

I was beyond being heated. If this is how the business is ran, I'm thankful my daughter didn't take the class. I could only imagine the driving lessons being given. You've been warned, stay away.

I had a terrible fear of driving. It has been 6 years since I've driven a car at all. I wanted to gain some confidence so I enrolled with Nathan's. My instructor was Brent Neiman. Brent was very patient and a great "coach" while letting gain confidence and learning how to drive. He made sure that I will be challenged all throughout our session without me feeling intimidated and overwhelmed.

I also took the Road Test with Nathan's and I finally drove with only a bit of nervousness but now very confident of driving skills! All in all, the services I got from Nathan's from enrollment to driving lesson to scheduling to road test were exceptional! Done within 1 month from the time I inquired. I'm very excited to finally have my driver's license! Thank you Brent and the staff of Nathan's!

Before my son turned 15 I had seen Nathan's reviews and decided to call I spoke with Amanda, she was so nice and very professional she took the time to explain everything to me. She answered all my questions and helped me understand the process and benefits of sending my child to a driving school, instead of just allowing him to take the online course.

The next day I was signing my son up, but had one more questions about what precautions the instructors were taking while giving the driving lessons so I called this time I was connected with Melissa, Michelle, or maybe it was Marisa I do not remember exactly. HORRIBLE experience she was very unprofessional, rude, and it seemed she hated her job, she acted as if I was bothering her.

She made me feel like my question was not valid and I was ridiculous for even asking. Complete opposite of my experience the day before. I asked to speak with Amanda but I was told there was no point, that I was speaking to the manager. So you can imagine I decided to take my business elsewhere. However if I had not spoken to Amanda in the beginning I would have never known how important it is for the kids to do this program with an actual school. Nathan's you need more employees like her and less like the other lady. I recommend if you are not dealing directly with Amanda use another company.

We had a great experience with Nathan's overall - classroom, driving lessons, and driving test. They were very responsive and accommodating! Bob was a GREAT instructor for our daughter. We will definitely be using them again in two years for our youngest.

Nathan's would not issue a refund one week after my on-line purchase that was three months before the course began. Their prices are very high and they don't work with you if you can no longer take the course even with plenty of notice.

Dependable school with excellent teachers but not personable to the student in creating a start to finish outcome. The prices are a bit too high $$$ but it is close to home. Would recommend and I give it 4 stars because of pricing.

Rachel G., VP of the organization, is exceptionally professional. She is also eager to assist my clients and help them achieve their goal of obtaining a driver's license. The company's instructors are. also thorough, encouraging, and patient - ensuring new drivers have the education and confidence they need to operate a vehicle safely. Mr. Dan is Amazing! He has truly became part of the family. We love him!

Dan was my instructor. He helped me learned to reverse in a parking spot and parallel park to perfection! He was AMAZING. he helped me with my anxiety and nervousness with driving. Best instructor ever! ASK FOR DAN!

The defensive driving course was very informative and Bob is the best instructor ever!

The defensive driving school was a complete joke. About two hours of information extended to six hours. The instructor talked about his personal life more than he did about driving - Vietnam war, his liquor business, his restaurant business, etc...
