The State of Ohio requires teens to complete 24 hours of In-class education and eight (8) hours of Behind-the-Wheel training. Our students attend in-class sessions at one of our two locations (Trenton or Carlisle), and our in-car training consists of private lessons that ensure a one-to-one learning experience for each student with a certified instructor.
Services
We have one goal at B-SAFE Driving Education: To do our very best to provide the knowledge and experience our student drivers need to make them safe, responsible drivers when they are ready to get their licenses. B-SAFE Driving Education is a family business and we've been providing excellent driving education for 20 years.
Q: What are the requirements for a teenager under the age of 18 to get their driver's license?. The State of Ohio requires every person under the age of 18 to take 24 hours of classroom instruction and 8 hours of behind-the-wheel, in-car driving instruction. Teenagers MUST hold their temporary permit for a minimum of 6 months prior to taking their skills test at the BMV.

Betty and her staff at B-SAFE were fantastic all the way around! My son's training was very well done and he is a very responsible driver due in part to B-SAFE. They have also helped us navigate a couple of difficult situations with my son almost a year and a half after he was a student of the school. After we moved to California, my son's wallet was stolen and we've had a very difficult time getting him a new license since he had an out of state license originally and was still a minor. But, with Betty's help, they helped us secure all the legal documents and waivers needed from Ohio to get him his license in California. Highly recommend B-SAFE!

Trenton branch. The woman at the front desk is beyond rude! She does not return calls and flat out lies about things. It took forever to get my daughter scheduled as we paid half of the total and were told that the other half would be due once in car was scheduled only to find out that the lady lied and we couldn't even schedule until the full amount was paid.
Which we paid once we found that out and then it took my calling and leaving message after message that I would contact the BBB if someone did not call us back to finally get her scheduled. A total of 6 weeks after our first payment is how long it took to get scheduled. Today I took my daughter to pick up her completion certificate and the first thing she says to another worker when we enter the front door, "Well look at that.
You open the door and they all come in." As she smirks and shakes her head. Mind you. We were the only customers there. In car instructor was good though and was always on time picking my daughter up to drive.

The Absolute WORST! They gladly took my money back in August, and my child is still waiting on her in car classes 5 1/2 months later. Called today to tell me they had to reschedule one of her classes, without considering my child has a job and needs to give 2 weeks to request time off. They are completely unprofessional and rude. Go anywhere but here!

Mrs Jodi is great! She is such a wonderful person and made drivers Ed educational, but still fit in time for fun and entertainment. I learned so much in the class and I am honestly sad and do not know what I am going to do on my weekdays now. I will miss Mrs Jodi and B-SAFE! I highly recommend this place and believe everyone should go here to meet Mrs Jodi and learn how to be a responsible and safe new driver.

I had three sons attend BSafe Driving School at the Trenton Ohio location and we could not have been anymore pleased with the school. It's a very scary time when your child becomes of legal driving age and BSafe was very comforting and supportive thru the whole process. Each employee truly cares about each teen driver they train and they truly take every concern that a student or parent may have and work to find the solution and explain how they came to the correct answer.
I felt my sons were safe and that speaks volume from a nervous and anxious parent. From signing the contract to starting class when my sons desired to scheduling their in-car in a very timely manor to even feeling the same amount of joy that each of my sons felt right after they passed their driving test and became legal drivers. I 100% recommend BSafe and their pricing is below all other local schools. Keep up your excellent love and dedication to all teen drivers and their families

Terrible customer service. They push you to pay in full as soon as you sign up so you can schedule your in car driving, but then do not return calls to schedule the in car. When they finally contact you to schedule it is for MONTHS later, which causes your child to NOT get their license near their 16th birthday. If your child is counting down the days until she can get her license, this is devastating.
I paid in full in JULY and they didn't schedule her to drive until DECEMBER, a month after she turns 16. When I complained, all I received was a "Well, we are meeting our contract (barely) to schedule you in 6 months so the state doesn't care". If I would've known they wouldn't schedule her in car driving for 5 months after I paid in full, I would've never sent her to this school. When we paid in full we were told they would call us the next week to schedule, not MONTHS later.

Enrolled son in driving school here, of course could start the Class Work (6 four hour night sessions for 2 weeks) as soon as the course fee was paid (almost $400). That was all well and good, showed up on a Monday night, paid in full for him to attend and he was in. Lots of movies and not a real learning experience was his input. The issue is - the driving part of the course in which I was more interested in him getting the experience.
They are SO booked with students, he can't start his driving with them until 6 WEEKS AFTER the classwork portion. REALLY? Recommend researching other driving courses and going with a company that can manage their student load a little more timely - the summer will be over before he ever finishes the driving course.
