The receptionist was rude and the instructor called me a delinquent because of a printing error in the photo I made a copy of and to top it off I did my exam as best as possible and The instructor failed me by 3 points I do not recommend it at all they judge people without even knowing them and they are ridiculously demanding, expensive and racist

Basically the same experience as everyone else. Paid almost $400 for three rides. Ten months after I paid I have still only been able to complete two rides. They are now trying to charge another $40 because they are saying I missed an appointment but no one ever scheduled the appointment with me. Very disappointing service. It has been a nightmare experience just scheduling and getting in contact with someone for the first two appointments. Take your business elsewhere. They are rude and now trying to scam me out of more money.

Awful experience. After payment, there was no communication from them. I had to call them multiple times, talking every time with someone different. Very messy and unprofessional. This does not seem to be proper business/company with a regular services. Quite strange overall and very disappointed. I asked for a cancellation and refund.

I wish I could choose "no star". Called, just rang & rang. Someone picked up. Hung up on me. Called back; rang & rang again. Someone answered could not understand. Asked who I was calling, still could not understand. Asked again. Still could not understand, sounded like I had waken the person at 1p.m Not impressed, unprofessional, would not trust my son at this place.

Parents of teens -- do NOT do business with Courtesy Driving School on Kingsland and Mason. After enrolling and paying for behind the wheel training, they called and said the the price we paid online was incorrect and the price was actually 10% higher. They scheduled us anyway, but called a few minutes later trying to collect the rest of the money.
When I refused and pointed out what their website charges, she said it was okay. Then called a few minutes later saying she had talked to her manager and they were going to cancel all of the scheduled lessons and refund our money. NOT the way to do business!

Awful place, poor communication skills from staff and there is a problem with them answering the phone, I was there with a lady when she wanted to pick her son up after class and since the entrance in not open due to COV the lady read and followed the instructions posted at the door, she called the 2 phone numbers and nobody answered plus the phone kept beeping but no opportunity to leave a message.
After a while a lady finally opened the door (not a lunch hour) and she said she did not answered because she was at lunch. Well the worst thing was that this person did not know where the student was and had no intention on helping the mother of the student. Have not seen this kind of rudeness and lack of customer service in a long time!

The receptionist is incredibly rude. Lack of customer service is a big deal for me. The instructor is fail friendly. The Sunday we went he had failed three teenagers. He has his own set of rules that have nothing to do with state regulations like exaggerating the way you turn your head before turns to make sure HE notices your observation. I do not recommend this place for teen drivers.

I just wanted to thank Mr Rodriguez for being such a great teacher! I passed my exam thanks to you, I'll definitely recommend this. However, there has to be some changes in administration, I was told i was gonna get a call back and the lady said she wrote down my phone number and everything and then she never called me.

If I could rate them with 0 stars then I would. terrible place to go to. When a child is late, they won't admit them and make them lose an hr, but when they are late they do not give that instruction time back to the kids. The location is tiny and very out of date. For $480 per kids you would expect the establishment to look more professional and cleaner! Waste of time and money. Outdated materials are also being used.
