Services
Our business philosophy is to train teens to become safe, competent, defensive drivers. While many students are focused on the short-term goal of obtaining a drivers license and accompanying freedom, we emphasize the long-term goal of staying safe and alive on the roads by accepting the responsibility that comes with driving.
Our driving instructors have undergone complete background checks and completed a rigorous training program. All instructors also hold state licenses to teach behind the wheel drivers training and have up to 21 years experience teaching teens to drive. Our drivers training vehicles are meticulously maintained and outfitted with a safety break and second rear-view mirror for instructors' use.
Freedom Driving School provides online driver education. Teens can obtain their Certificate of Completion of Driver Education (pink slip) through completing the online driver education program. Please review the chart on our Prices Page for the costs of driver education. Teens who wish to complete their driver education requirement at their own pace and in the convenience of their own home may choose our internet-based driver education program. Time to complete this program varies, as it is completely self-directed and taken at each student's own pace.
We provide teens with the state required six hours of behind-the-wheel driving instruction and issue a Certificate of Completion of Behind-the-Wheel Driver Training. Completion of the six hours professional instruction is required by the DMV for teens under the age of 18 years who want a drivers license.*
