Per OMV regulation, all students must obtain a temporary instructional permit prior to participating in a Driver's Education program. TIP cards are issued, by appointment only, at the Office of Motor Vehicle locations (not issed at Express locations). Students without a TIP card will not be able to attend class, and will need to schedule make up classes during another available session.
